Had a problem with my internet the staff Mae and everyone were amazing!! and so was tech support ie Hector!. They all were so kind and really worked had to resolve the issue will not use any other store

Worst experience ever. I was misinformed about the exchange process and was told I needed my old phone. Then, I was told to backup everything. I asked for assistance because I have never used verizon cloud, but the guy couldn't show me how to backup using v cloud. I would think that he could walk me through the process being a verizon representative, but no, he didn't know how. I figured it out and then he tells me that they are about to close. He could have told me that from the beginning rather watch me do his job. All I needed was a verizon shirt because he was a waste of time. I only have about a week left, and they only have one S24 ultra in that store on Race Street. I don't live in Searcy, so my time, gas, and money went down the drain for a lackluster customer service. Taylor and Britney was helpful the rest of your team needs to be reevaluated terrible service. I hate I came here and spent my hard earned money. Now I have to do this all over and lose about 4 hours of time away from work all because a few verizon representatives who ride the clock rather than assist their customers. The two stars are for the assistance of Taylor and Britney as far as I am concerned it wouldn't be any. Thanks!

This Verizon store is absolutely wonderful. The manager Lee is so kind and generous (giving us many discounts just because we waited so long for my previous carrier) and the staff is wonderful. Jonathon did an amazing job answering all of our questions and making sure I got the best but most affordable deal. He also was so kind and asked me about my experience so far in Searcy. Very kind man, and even bought us lunch just because! If you are thinking of switching I highly recommend this store, they get you the most affordable price in no time with the kindest people.

Needed to ask question about a new phone, store hours here till 6pm!!! (A bit early to close for people that work). I arrived at 6:02 all store lights were still on, employees were standing around not fast from the doors, which were locked and no one would come to door to answer my question. Guess Verizon teaches quiting time is more important then customer service.

They lie to much to suit me promised me a new phone to replace the two month old phone I was paying for that I couldn’t even use and I waited 3 weeks for the phone still didn’t receive it , so I went to another company , and I am not paying for a phone that I couldn’t use and they didn’t replace just lied to me about . You lie to me and I am done with you that is all it is to it .

I set up internet here and they didn't put my email on my account. They didn't put the right address on the account! Not helpful when I have to wait a whole month to even get it fixed!

Worst Verizon location ever. I went in to exchange my faulty phone and was greeted by the rudest customer service representative. She looked at me like I was trash for asking for an exchange and without even getting into my account said she couldn't help me. The manager even said they wouldn't help me with an exchange even though I had a non-working phone. I went to the Verizon store in Conway and had the greatest experience. They did the exchange with no issue whatsoever. They were friendly and knowledgeable so if you can at all help it don't go to Searcy go to Conway.

They're always nice and ready to help. They get busy sometimes but that's expected. You might have to wait a little during those times but they're usually pretty quick to get to everyone from my experience.

Very pleasant store. My mom and I were taken care of right away. The associate that helped us made sure we had everything we needed and set up our box before we went home. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends
