They NEVER answer there phone. They’re not helpful at all when they actually do. And I always have mail going missing once every 2 months

Every time I go, Ken and Tamara have been extremely helpful and pleasant. I think it’s important to remember the post office can be a hectic, busy, and time-consuming place, but these 2 ensure everyone is properly served, regardless of how those they are serving treat them.

Since I have informed delivery I know what to expect in the mail daily. I'm fed up with the important mail going missing. Today my tax bill didn't get delivered nor did my lease renewal for our home. I shouldn't have to go chasing my mail down. The only thing y'all keep up with is the junk mail. I'm autistic and had a brain aneurysm rupture and brain surgery and can't handle the stress of y'all not doing the jobs you are well compensated to do.

They keep putting our mail in the outward mail slot. Not able to get our mail if they are not going to do their job right someone needs to get fired!

Constantly forgetting to deliver packages or delivering them to the wrong address. I have two packages right now worth $120 all together were delivered to the wrong address. Hopefully getting them according to the office.

The supervisor (a woman) is rude, not helpful, and hung up on me due to 3 of my packages not getting delivered. She did not want to help me in any way. A complaint has been made to the USPS Affairs Office.

When I have been able to talk to the staff here they have been helpful. However, I am still holding out hope that the carriers will eventually learn where my house is and stop leaving my Amazon packages at my neighbors.

I tried calling 5 times to talk about a package I was trying to get but no matter what all the phone did was ring, no answer, no messaging machine no anything. How is someone to get their package if you can't get a hold of a worker.

Hilary helped solve a mail-forwarding problem for me that Customer Service told me they could do nothing about. I was very appreciative! Plus every time I've been inside, everyone is very friendly.
