If I could give them ten stars, I would! I couldn't be more thankful for them and their customer service.
From the very beginning until I picked up my car, they went above and beyond. You do not find this kind of customer service just anywhere. Not only did they repair my car, but they took care of the insurance and Had my car shining like a new one inside and out.
The office receptionist was very polite and helpful in every way. If you do not live near Searcy, I promise you it is worth the drive to get this service.
Thank you Truman Baker Body Shop, you all set a high standard. I appreciate you!

Shannon and the team at Truman Baker Body Shop did such a fantastic job repairing and restoring my van after being hit. They are talented, trustworthy, kind, and worked so hard to get my van done and back to me ASAP. It looks fantastic-they even washed and detailed it before returning it to me! My car got damaged a few weeks ago and I brought it in for an estimate. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and transparent. I felt taken care of from the moment I set up an appointment to when I picked up my car. It was clean inside and out, professionally detailed. Reasonable prices and was only without my car for under 2 weeks. Would have been done sooner, but the holidays interfered. 100% satisfied with everything. Highly recommend.

When I first picked up the paint was the worst and then take it back in the shop and fix the headlight then I brought it back the next day for a whole fender repaint and they buffed the door not the fender burn the paint try to fix it just got back from a different body shop they told me defender and both of the doors would have to be painted . Told me I can take it somewhere else.Service: Painting
