This place was convenient...you drive in, oil is changed, and you leave paying almost $90. My last time going here, I got my oil changed before heading to Nebraska for my mom's funeral. That morning, I discovered they never put oil in my truck. I had to spend another $40 in oil to get on the road. When I got back, I went here to complain, and because I didn't drive an hour out of my way to prove it, they wouldn't refund my money. So I went down the road and found a reliable business that only charges $60. Long story short, if you love or like your vehicle, DONT GO HERE!!!!!

On March 14th, 2024, I visited your shop with my vehicle, which had 54% oil life remaining. Clearly communicating my need for an oil change due to an upcoming long trip, I was shocked to witness the technician, while ostensibly replacing my oil filter seals, carelessly indulging in a sandwich with one hand. The result of this negligence is evident: my car now exhibits a troubling tapping noise, likely indicative of lifter damage.
I want to emphasize that I meticulously maintain my vehicle, adhering to a schedule of early servicing and diligent care. However, this egregious act of carelessness has jeopardized the integrity of my vehicle. The potential consequences, including the need for costly lifter and valve replacements, or worse, an entirely new engine, are wholly unacceptable.
I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Your establishment has the means to review the incident through surveillance footage, corroborated by the timestamp on my receipt. Furthermore, I will seek validation of the problem and its cause from the dealership. Should you fail to address this matter promptly and satisfactorily, I am prepared to pursue legal recourse without hesitation. This is not a trivial matter or a mere review; it is a serious breach of trust and accountability that requires urgent resolution.

Came here for the first time and had a coupon. They refused to honor the coupon and got confrontational. Wanted to refuse me service. Is customer service and being professional not a thing these days? Very disappointed in the service I received. Will not be coming back here. Mark was rude and very unprofessional
