Business with Southwind has repeatedly been a great experience.They go out of their way to find just the right size and location for us. Their communication is consistent which is so helpful. Currently using a 15x36 and likely will add to that.

Absolutely the worst manager and billing system possible. I’ve give them bank account information multiple times for auto draft and after “system glitch” after system glitch they continue to lose it. Then the manger wants to call yelling at me like it’s my fault. The whole purpose behind auto draft is so I don’t have to worry with it yet they lose it or something messes up every other month. It’s always something with this place. I’ve called the owner multiple times to express my displeasure he is yet to answer my calls or text or return them. So before you rent from this place prepare yourself to be yelled and and talked to like them losing your bank account information you is your fault not theirs.
