“Often times when I was away from my WiFi I could not access maps, Facebook, google and text messages wouldn’t go through. I went to the Heber Springs, AR store and they were no help at all. Tried to convince me those things only happened when I didn’t have a strong signal but I knew otherwise. Went to the store in Searcy, AR for same problem and he was very helpful, also applying a discount to my bill we didn’t know we were eligible for, but was unable to correct the issue. He gave me a number for customer service where I was helped by Vickie. She went through everything on my phone and noticed I had a data block! Don’t know how it got on there or why! She removed it and so far no more issues with my phone!”
