Carried my truck in for a head gasket replacement on a 2006 Freightliner classic 14 liter Detroit had good oil pressure when I left it and when I picked it up and drove it 50 miles home oil pressure went down to about 20 pounds called them and they said it might need a oil change cause it wasn’t anything they did so changed oil didn’t help so I blew out oil lines got another oil gauge didn’t help so dropped oil pan found my problem strainer filter was stopped up with a shredded shop rag that was left in engine called them and they said they didn’t leave no rag in it I said it wasn’t in there before and had good oil pressure when I left it there they said it wasn’t anything they did so After I cleaned strainer good oil pressure but I had to change oil and filters and gaskets 3 times to get it all out then it went to leaking water at drain plug on radiator checked and they stripped plug then was leaking oil at camshaft cover they had stripped one of the bolts then was looking at egr crossover pipe and they left a bracket fastener off So I Wouldn’t Carry A Bicycle To Them

I moved my son 12 hours to college in Searcy and had issues with my truck. I called around and heard K&W Truck Repair was really good diesel mechanics (another diesel garage told me this!). Being a woman by herself I was stressed about being broke down on the side of the road on the long trip back home. The guys were completely booked up and Neal made time to help me out and got my issue fixed. I am so thankful for the help and my truck which is really a pickup LOL ran great all the way home.. still is! Neal told me every good deed gives you an extra day at life! I will always remember this saying and it makes a person want to do good deeds. Great service, great mechanics!

They have been in business at that location for at least 16 years i know of. That in itself says a lot. I know the owners pretty good and every time I've needed their services they have always been there with great professionalism. If you're in the need for big truck or heavy equipment maintenance, they are the go-to!

They fix some problems on the delivery truck at Hays that was needed. It only took a state trooper to order them to have it fixed.
