Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with.Stopped by shop & no one was there to talk to about getting my truck fixed,they gave me a card ,Called #..no one answered. Get a call back 2 hours later telling me to call another # to get it towed to shop. Talked to owner..he knew where I lived (seen the truck in my driveway many times)& said they would come get it soon. 2 1/2 weeks go by,I call multiple times & no reply . Screw this shop. Lied when they said they would pick it up, no response to phone calls or messages left.if you want work done in a timely manner DON'T GO HERE! called another shop they picked up 10 minutes later.

Highway patrol had my car pulled from the ditch in January of this year and he wanted to charge me $346 just because he hooked it to the tow truck. And had it 1 week he tried to charge $1300. I was a waitress at IHOP and now he refuses to give me any of my kids belongings unless I pay $200 and my fiance's work, tools he wants even more for those... So I do not recommend this place to anyone for any reason

I would highly recommend Jeff's Auto and Wrecker Service to anyone in need. Jeff was very quick about getting to us and taking care of us. He was very polite and friendly, he took very good of us and our vehicle. I would highly recommend him for your services.

I can't honestly say I loved it, because I had to get my truck out of impound there. I know it's not their fault but it still sucks. Cost more to get it than what I paid for the truck in the first place.

Well less than professional. Daughter car towed - I picked up a week later and this clown charged me for EIGHT days vs SEVEN. Then add insult to injury added $35 “admin fee” — he stated he was the only person in his tow service. So who is he paying to do admin? Then another $75 after hours fee of course it was me waiting for him and I coordinated as I was coming from Florida to get vehicle. Plus $175 towing charge and let’s not forget taxes at 9.5%. Ridiculous $811 later — wonder if the local police have a kickback scheme going maybe as they always call good “ole Jeff”. This is VERY MUCH suspect like the racket in DC that made the news about rip off tow companies and local cops. AND CASH ONLY EVEN THOUGH HE DISPLAYS CREDIT CARD LOGOS?? Sounds fishy to me! Wondering if the 5-star reviews are people related?

I would give no stars if I could. This company are utter crooks. I normally don’t leave reviews but as a public service I’m going to. This man tried to gouge my 65 year old mother into spending almost $600 to release her truck that had been there less than 24 hours. He stated he has to “clean up the accident” which the police did and complete tried to lie to me telling my mother had been sent to the hospital when she was sitting next to me never having gone. I’m filing a complaint with the police regarding sending our truck there without permission and I will NEVER allow this man to tow my vehicles again. He charged $175 to tow the vehicle. I sent another company to his yard for $50 to move it home. Save yourself some money and headache and use any other wrecker. I recommend Tommater or Don’s towing.

They charged $200.00 to tow my truck 100 yards. These guys are criminals and should be shut down

Over $400 to get my car out because it over heated and state troopers had it towed in. Seems like he over charged because I had no choice but to pay it. It was towed no more than 10 miles
