We purchased a Honda Pioneer from them in 2018. The sales department was great ! However after the sale has made me regret buying from them. A lot of my friends and network feel the same way. We had a very bad experience today. However this is not the first or the only time. This was just the worst one. Ashley who works the front desk was rude out of the gate. There were 3 employees in the room at the time. Not only did they not speak up or say anything to her. The older lady was giving me the evil eye stare down. So much so that I told her JUST how rude that is. Wanted to say you're setting a very bad example. She got up and walked out. The man there who didn't do anything wrong other than not get involved when he should've. I don't know his role but I sure hope he wasn't a manager. If he was then that's a shame on them. All of this was so unnecessary. It's so simple. We take our SXS in to get serviced. Not to encounter your employees bad day. She was instantly rude. I will not tolerate being treated like that. She may and most definitely has been this way for a long while to be that comfortable acting in such a way. Shame on this biz. I'm picking up my Honda tomorrow and will take the work elsewhere and will never go back. Too many wonderful places that would like to have our money and time with them. I will continue posting my reviews everywhere. I made a public post on FB and the responses were all like mine. I'm not the only one and like I mentioned above on every single occasion we brought it in was met with a little more rude than you'd expect for such a simple task. I've over looked those experiences and continued to go back. This time , no way. This was ridiculous. Also she added the 130 "cleaning fee " lol. So Ms Ashley I sincerely hope you don't forget my face or my name ever. Learn from this and do better. Be better. You'll go farther in life. Sunrise doesn't deserve my money , business or time.

Took 4 wheeler in for warranty work on a winch. They called and tried to tell me I needed my carb rebuilt and ball joints put in. Even though they had just rebuilt the carb 10 months the ago. ( I had not asked for these items to be checked) They said it would cost 430.00. They had no information on my winch. They stated the would check. They called back the next day and said they had forgotten to add labor to the price of the price quoted me now they wanted almost 900.00. I told them no do not do the repairs. They said my winch cable was bad and wanted to charge me another 200.00 for a cable saying he didn't think the cable was covered under warranty on the 10 month old winch. I asked him to double check with parts on the warranty and he said he would and call me back. After waiting a week without hearing anything I called back. They still had my 4 wheeler in line to have all the service I had not approved to be done. And still no further info on my winch. After speaking to several ppl They still said they "didn't think" warranty would cover the cable but they could pull the winch and check in 6 to 8 weeks. Stay clear of this place!!!

The buying experience was good, but that is the only positive thing I can say. I have had nothing but problems with this motorcycle since I bought it in September. The issues I will discuss my not be their fault, but I believe the motorcycle was not checked out before I bought it. I only had it 4 days when the alternator went out, and, even though this was covered by warranty, the service I received was terrible. On 10/6 I took it to the service department for an issue that turned out to be the alternator. On 10/11 I called to check on it and was told was that technician changed battery day and got it started the day I brought it in but, "something did not sound right" and tech had ask service manager to listen to bike. I was told the service manager had not had time (5 days and had not had time) and he should look at it tomorrow or the next day (10/12 or 10/13). I called on10/14 and was told that were still trying to diagnose the problem. I received call later in the day stating they it was the alternator, and they had ordered one that would be in "the middle of next week" (10/20 or 10/2). I was told they would keep me informed, and would call me when it was ready. I called on 10/24 and told the service department was closed (a Monday) and would be open tomorrow at 8A. I called on 10/25 and was told it had been ready since Saturday (10/22), but, even though I was told they would contact me when it was ready, no one did. Since then the cruise control has stopped working, one night it bogged down and would only run 30 mph (eventually it ran fine), the rear brakes will not work at all, and starter solenoid went out. Since I have an extended warranty through a third party, I can take bike any where I want to get it worked on, so I have taken it to a reputable shop that has a very good reputation to have these problems repaired.

Having bought a 1996 Harley Road King at Sunrise online July 9th, I am still waiting for the paperwork to prove I own the bike so insurance can be purchased. I requested the paperwork be mailed July 11. I am still waiting. My next step is to contact VISA and challenge the charge as I DO NOT HAVE TITLE to a vehicle I have paid for and has been picked up. I was told yesterday that "our policy is to hold all titles" even for a cash deal, I asked. Ernie (sales) was great up until he asked "How did you want to pay for it" he has bee difficult to reach to say the least. I tried for 15 minutes to call someone today to no avail. I'll try tomorrow ansd will update this review July20: STILL waiting on the title to the Harley. Spoke with 2 folks yesterday....."your email got sent back" and "I just tried to call you" and promises of overnighting the paperwork/title. Don't buy online from Sunrise.....send them a bank draft, like all the dealers do with each other. Then they have an incentive to complete the deal -or- THEY won't get the $$.................must be car dealer owned
