My wife and I went into Hanks in Searcy to price couches. The sales person was kind, knowledgeable, and spent time without pushing us. We did make a purchase. Latasha Matthews was a big help and made this a wonderful experience.

Purchased an electric recliner for my 79 year old grandmother with the lift and back support. This is the only chair she sits in throughout the day due to a back issue. The chair arrived the end of February and a month ago the controller stopped working. We purchased the warranty, so called the store and asked how to start the process of getting the chair repaired. We had to send pictures and fill out a form to submit to their claims department. This was over 2 weeks she was without a chair waiting for a tech to come and look. We took matters into our own hands and picked a controller up for the store to switch out and see if that was the problem, It was a temporary fix as the chair stopped working again. The tech that came out said the chair wasn’t fixable, but now they are bringing a new motor on Monday to try and repair the chair. Calling the store they are rude and short with our family and even laugh when we ask about what is going on. I just asked Robert if there was a return policy, as this is not even six months old, and he responded no. They are extremely rude and act like we are a bother to be asking. There is an elderly woman who is having to lay in bed all day due to the broken chair. Not asking for special treatment, but it would be nice to at least be treated with some customer service and respect. I would never purchase from Hanks again and I do not recommend their warranty program either. Absolutely disgusted that this is what is acceptable in our world now.

Creepy clingy salesman wouldn't leave us alone so we left. Made me super uncomfortable and we left he was commenting, smiling at us, and laughing.

I would NEVER buy anything from Hanks again!In 2003, I bought an ottoman to match my leather sofa & recliner. $375 later I got the ottoman & they were great!Fast forward to 2021...I was looking at Stressless recliners. NONE of the 4 people, that were staffing the store, could answer ANY of my questions about the recliner.I used to think that Frank's Fine Furniture was a great store.My...how time had changed!

Christmas miracles can happen!! Ask Robert all about it. He is a very caring person & went above & beyond for helping my ailing mother with an awesome lift chair. The quality of merchandise is great , great selection, lovely show room. Robert is very knowledgeable & my mom said she will be back!
