Used them once it was a great experience, tried to contact them again, no answer left messages no response.tried got 2 weeks finally gave up

Got told they couldn't be bothered to tow my vehicle the last time I called. Via text. After i had to leave a voicemail because apparently nobody could be bothered to answer my call on a Wednesday at 10 a.m. Prior to that I have always found them to be friendly, courteous, and probably the least expensive towing company in town. I don't know what happened, but it sure made me second guess calling them again.

Dons Towing Service is unreliable my car was towed and when I was taking to jail and while I was in jail they release my vehicle to a unknown third party which I had to file a police report to get my property back now that I got my property back it is damaged and stuff has been stolen personal property cell phone with all information and now but I try to contact them they won't answer the phone I tried every way possible to get Dons Towing to pay for the damages and my Lost Property without going to court but it looks like I'm going to take him to small claims court

Don's Towing Service in Searcy, AR, did an excellent job of towing my car when I was in a motor vehicle accident. Also the owner I spoke to at the lot was courteous and professional. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.
