I had a bad experience, the staff is very hateful, I went three times and that person serves customers poorly, without enthusiasm, as if she does her job out of obligation, she is a woman who works in the afternoons, she wears glasses, ask about promotions since I was going to change companies, and he only told me that there was no, It was already three times that I had this person who works in the afternoons, the first day a client came to get a new phone and asked for more information, about the pay phone, to which she responded that she didn't know, she just said to continue with the process, which later I would give her her receipt, she is very rude, she speaks Spanish and English very well, but she is not friendly with clients, I think I will change companies to the same one, I will go with 4 other people who were added to the line, very arrogant staff, without desire, and a bad attitude, I have the name of the person who served me, three times, and a bad temper, I hope they change this person, the clients have left as long as I don't take care of this person.

5 out of 5 stars. The employees went over how to use my new phone, set up my max account, and even helped me recover my google password. Super helpful employees. Will recommend!

I am so grateful to Lemuel, the store was about to close but he chose to help me. Thanks to him I was able to retrieve my phone number and return it to my Cricket account after a long and frustrating experience at another store. He was kind, patient and thoroughly explained everything that had happened with my account. I'm very happy with my experience!! :D

They do not get the coverage that they said I would get. I was constantly missing calls that were important. I had to move to a different carrier.

This place sucks. Ive called 10 times today. No answer. Been calling the CS. Number 4 a week.. Wait times are longer than an hour then they still don't answer or call back or they have u on hold 4 two hours until u finally hang up. This ridiculous. I hate this place but if you call in another town they answer the phone.

The sold me a hotspot that didn’t work and 3 days later would not refund the full amount. They could have checked the service in the area I live and did not I found out. So they could have known I lived to far from a cell tower for the hotspot to work correctly by getting the signal needed. I do not recommend
