very disappointed! I ordered this specifically for the "smiley face container." What the person received was just a plain basket. I called and was rudely told, "Well we can't deliver what we don't have." Then maybe don't advertise it! I would have never ordered this the way it arrived. At the very least, I would have expected a phone call to tell me the container was not available and been given the offer to either cancel the order or order something different. I was not offered any sort of credit or refund, only a "Sorry. we'll do better next time." There won't be a next time from me.

The best Floral Shop in Searcy. They have been, and are, the most talented team of floral arrangement specialists I have ever seen. They just did a casket arrangement and matching spray for my mother's funeral. Absolutely beautiful!

Ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentines. I was very disappointed in the quality of what we received. I know online arrangement pics will always differ some from what is delivered but what they sent looked NOTHING like what I wanted. I did not care for the vase with hearts, I wanted something elegant. The flowers looked like they were just dropped in the vase with no arranging, the first clue was how the greenery was in one big clump in the back of the flowers as if someone divided out the right amount but forgot to distribute. I used another florist last year that sent a beautiful arrangement, I will use them again next year. I did contact the business and was offered an apology.

Ordered flowers from this shop for a dearest friend of ours for her birthday. Soooooo disappointed with this business. The bouquet of flowers we ordered was not anywhere near the one they delivered! Look at these??? Please tell me if these arrangement even cost $95? With the delivery fee and tax it ends up at $115! The bouquets of flowers you get from WholeFoods for $29.99 are even prettier and nicer than this!!!

I usually don't do reviews but, this business deserves one!! I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend in the hospital a couple days ago. I was very nervous doing it over the phone from a different state. Well, I received pictures and a phone call from my friend's daughter telling me how very beautiful it was. I was absolutely blown away by the pictures they sent me of the arrangement! It was absolutely stunning!! ? I was told that the nurses on my friend's floor at the hospital were sending other nurses up to see this arrangement of flowers. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! I would definitely recommend this florist to anyone in the area needing something beautiful to cheer someone up!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!! ❤️

I was rather disappointed with the photo I saw of the bouquet that was delivered. I guess 70 dollars for a bouquet does not go very far.

Best floral experience I’ve had in years! I’m not local to Searcy and placed an order over the phone. The arrangement was exactly what I asked for, prompt, and the manager/owner made sure it was exactly right. Highly recommend.

I needed a Rose Posey for a friend, and there were no Rose Poseys in the cooler, so the staff made up a beautiful, fresh Rose Posey in mere minutes. It cost me only $16.50 for a very pretty gift which would lift the spirits of my sweet friend!

They took note of the color of the casket and my mom's favorite flowers and made a stunning casket spray and a very reasonable price. In fact, most of the flowers at the service were purchased here by others. Highly recommend!

I called to order flowers for a funeral. I told them about an arrangement I saw online that had an Angel with some purple and white flowers. The arrangement they delivered was more beautiful than the one I saw online. I would definitely use them again.
