They really stepped up and helped me out. Extremely reasonable prices when people were telling me very high prices. They were extremely kind and took me as a walk-in. I doordash for a living so, my car is everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

I went the first time and they seemed like they did right by me. Dropped my car off a second time and they charged me over double the quote price that I did not agree to. $250 for brake pads only!!! Ridiculous. Then when I talked to the owner about the situation, he was completely rude and disrespectful. Called me a liar. They are not Customer friendly and will not correct their mistakes or take ownership of their mistakes and stick you with a big bill regardless. Don't be scammed by this place...take your vehicle elsewhere.

Good mechanics who care about you, your wallet, and their quality of work. They won't try to up-sell some part just to pad their pockets. Super busy and a decently long wait time, but that's probably because of their quality and care of work over the profit so they're so popular.

Went here to get our Prius' AC recharged. First time coming to Birdwell's, since everywhere else in town was totally booked up from Memorial weekend.Chad met me in the front room and was professional, but also so kind, friendly, and personable right from the beginning. I was honestly surprised when he told me he wasn't the owner, because of how accommodating and great to work with he was made me think he must be.He set up right away and wasn't bothered by any of my curiosity questions about what or how he was doing something.It was also a very pleasant place to just wait. Very quiet area kinda out in the country.I was charged half as much as I was expecting to have to pay.Very glad to have AC in time for my wife to make a long road trip, and very glad to have experienced Birdwell's. I'll be coming back.
