“My front passenger side window had been struggling for a LONG time. It came off the track and kept slowly sliding down, so we had to tape it just to keep it up. Then one day it just gave up entirely and disappeared into the door frame.

The first time, they put on a temporary plastic wrap because I couldn’t get it fully fixed yet. That alone made a huge difference because it meant I could finally drive my car even if it was raining. It also meant I didn’t have to keep putting a tarp over my car, which always felt like a welcome sign for anyone looking for an unlocked vehicle
I was really grateful, but what stood out most was how they treated us. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience or like a walking dollar sign. They were genuinely kind and made sure we had a solution that worked for me and my son at the time.
Tonight I was able to bring my car back in and their guy, Jason, worked his magic. The window was still intact inside the door and he got it back in place so now it stays up on its own. He was professional, quick, and really thoughtful. I left home at 5:55, got there by 6, and was back home by 6:55 with a rolled-up, freshly cleaned window . . . and one big stressor off my mind.

“Dawson in service was very good at listening to my needs. I dropped off my truck and the tech could not hear or replicate my problem. It only does it whenever it wants to it seems. So they didn’t address anything. The problem I’m having is a known problem with 2024 f250. It also has a service bulletin on it for that particular issue. I just wish they could have done the fix like the service bulletin provides. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Maybe thats policy not to do anything if they can’t replicate the issue. But when a service bulletin has been put out and the customer states an issue, I thought they would have just done the repair. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken this issue to a dealership for this problem. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm, but gonna wait to see if it gets more frequent. 5k miles left of warranty so I will definitely try to demand on the 3rd try.”

“Had some misfires on my 370z. Won't just take it to anyone, called Chad at Birdwells as I've used them several times in the past. They were super swamped as usual, but he got me in. Kenny got the Z purring like a kitten. Overall great place. Can't say enough about Chad, Kenny and the guys. I would highly recommend!!”

“Pulled into the service area about 10 minutes before my appointment and was greeted by my service adviser (Careagain). She told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour and told me where waiting room was. Much to my surprise in around 35 minutes the pay clerk called my name to settle up and again I was surprised at the low cost of the oil change a tire rotation. Completely happy at this point I return to my shiny nice clean Tahoe. Thank you Orr Service Department for a very Pleasant experience.”
