If I could leave no stars I would, this place is a joke, I got a quote on a whole new sound system for my Granddaughters car and the price would go up every time I would call this guy, to make a long story short, I called Crutchfield and there expert techs told me that nothing he was gonna put in my car would have fit, so I did some research & measurements and everything was the wrong size, so Crutchfield sent me the right size speakers for my car & they fit like a custom glove, so I ended up doing the whole install myself, for around $400.00 verses the $2000.00 he was asking, this place is a joke, if you want a sound system that want fit & cost you over $2000.00 then Audio Express is the place to go, the guy just basically told me that I would be better off just buying my equipment from Crutchfield and installing it myself, so that's what I did & it sounds marvelous, Crutchfield helped me all the way through my install process & it was a breeze with there expert installers, the point I'm trying to make is sometimes the grass is greener on the other side of the hill, thanks Audio Express for helping me see this terrible $2000.00 mistake I was about to make!

Good place to shop for home and mobile audio! The owner is nice and knowledgeable when it comes to all the audio stuff and he gave me a really good deal on some hertz component speakers that sound amazing. Would recommend this place for any of your audio needs!

Last Friday I had a Kenwood DDX396 installed on my 2013 Silverado and also had the old window tint removed New tint installed. I just wanted to say Thank You guys!!! It sounds great! It goes good with the factory Bose speakers. Not to mention the upgrade looks good on the interior! The tint looks great! Looks like factory windows. Great attitudes Great job! Thank You Guys!!! I just replaced a small 4" screen in a 2018 F150 with a Kenwood DMX809S. Audio express was outstanding to work with. Honest, fast and even $30 cheaper than the original quote. The fit and finish looks factory standard. All steering wheel controls were integrated perfectly. I strongly recommend these folks!

My husband came in this afternoon to purchase some cables for my sons sub he got for Christmas. (Something they could do together.. so we shall see how this goes ?) The guy helping him knew exactly what he needed and helped right away. With car stereo installation companies being so hard to find it was great to find this one. Now we know where to come if we have any issues with our installs going forward! We will definitely come back due to the friendly customer service we got today! Thank You!

2 years ago I got a gift certificate for my husband to have his truck windows tinted. My dad passed away shortly after Christmas, life happened, and the windows were put to the back burner. Today I took his truck in to have it done. There was no way for the owner to verify my certificate, but he honored it anyway! We are 100% satisfied and will use them again.

Worst experience I have ever had with a stereo shop. Went in, talked with the guy up front, and the stereo installer, and explained in detail what was going on with my current at time unit on my bike, so, sold me a unit, and things was great, 3 days later, new units doing same thing, take it back, said he found water in unit and sold me a "water proof ' cover, I needed one, looks great, no problems. Less then a week and unit is doing same thing, Went back in for the 4th time, explained what's going on, again, in detail. Told guy in front unit is flashing colors, cutting in and out, and just not working, the vibration is to much for a detachable faceplate and I need one that doesn't detach. Guy said it could take up to 6 months before one could come in. Refuses to give me what I asked for, found one on Amazon for $53, and I hand in 4fays. He refused to get to keep customers happy. Have other vehicles that will not be seeing this place.

Had them replace a head unit on my bike, explained in detail what was going on to the previous unit, to the guy up front and the installer. They Installed a new stereo, within a few days, unit was doing same as old, took in when available and guy said he found water in unit, sold me a "water proof" unit cover. Looked great, went well with bike, and needed one. 3days later, unit starts doing the same thing. Cutting out, flashing some amazing colors, changing volume, and changing in and out of BTA. So now back again, the 3rd time, now the guy refuses to help me. Refuses to give me back my money without a OG box. Told me it could take up to 6 months to get the unit I want on my bike. I checked on Amazon, Boss had one for $53. and would have it in 4 days. l wanted was a great working unit on my bike so I can wind therapy in peace. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great service! They helped me diagnose an issue I was having with an audio install from a different installer. After an adjustment on my outline converter and a quick adjustment on my amp, the problem was solved. They are knowledgeable and capable of good work. Very much appreciated their help!

While getting windows tinted, I’m browsing radios by myself for another vehicle since the workers won’t come out of their office. Then the older guy turns off the display while I’m looking at it. I waited while my ride was getting tinted and they never spoke to me after I handed them my keys for 4 hours. Won’t be back. Horrible customer service.
