Didn’t have enough insulin to fill a prescription, and then had me pay another copay just to pick up the vial they were missing from the first order.

I had a few medications filled here. Always told it will be 3-4 hours from the time the doctor calls it in. Always a super long wait at the Pharmacy. Will be transferring everything to another pharmacy.

Pretty decent place with decent service. I get my prescriptions filled here every month and they do a good job when I order them. My wife and I tried their auto fill program and that was a disaster. There were never filled every 30 days as they should have been. They screwed all of my wife's scripts up, and continuously messed mine up. Might get my refill in 20 days, maybe 40, maybe 33...you get the picture. We intend on changing pharmacys because they are always messing up my families scripts.

This was my 2nd time going to Walgreens on West Main to fill my prescription. The first time was fabulous. The 2nd time was a disaster. I went thru the drive thru at 6:52pm. Kyle informed me that there wasn’t a prescription for me and they were closing in 8 minutes. I could have my dr call it into Walgreens on east main. I quickly called my dr. They reported the prescription was turned in at 18:43., but she was more than willing to call in order to get there in time. I went back thru the line and informed Kyle. He again said, we are closing at 7pm and I don’t have anything for you. I told him, the dr is supposed to be calling you now. Kyle said, well my phone is ringing if you want me to answer it. He then informed the dr’s office that they were closing and they’d need to send it to the east Walgreens store. I did inform him that he was very rude and hateful.#stayawayfromkyleatquittingtime #missmylocallyownedpharmacy

So poorly staffed that the pharmacy closes for lunch. (I am not at all opposed to employees getting lunch. However, management should schedule an overlap so that the pharmacy stays open.) They also fail to follow my instructions to wait for me to ask for a refill and not autofill prescriptions.

Always a pleasant experience with staff and managers until today. The “big-boned” young brunette female whom was manager on shift today proceeded to watch the line pile up to check out at both the photo center and regular check out line. She then proceeds to continue to stock after we wait 10 minutes more. It took me flat out yelling across the store at her to get some help for her to finally come, only to continue to give the impression we were being of an annoyance to her by asking for help. There was no “I am sorry, let me help you.” or "one moment and I’ll have someone with you.” Nothing. Never got a thank you, have a good day. Just a cold stone stare. Get rid of her if you expect to have good role models for customer service as your leadership in this store. She’s not it.
