This is at a great location. As we know just like DG Stores... All Walgreens are not created equal. This is a clean and busy store. They are always on the cutting edge of pharmaceutical dispensary. They actually text you when your prescription is done, and ready for pickup.

Just when you get a tech that knows how to run 2 insurance cards, they give you one that don't have a clue. Waste of gasEDITED TO UPDATEThey did not give me my insurance paper back from DHS with our Medicaid numbers on them. I'm not so sure if this store is badly shorthanded or what is going on, but they need to keep proper staff in the department they are trained in...and ONLY in that department! Why I see this as an issue? Because one day I went to pick up my husband's prescription and the lady, that never works pharmacy department, messed up and couldn't even find the call in for my husband's medicine! Told us it wasn't there and to try to call the Dr again and come back in an hour! All the while, the lady next to her, the pharmacist I suppose, tells her that's the script she working on at the moment. Other than that, their time to fill has gotten a lot better and quicker than it used to be. Just please don't let someone from photos work in pharmacy and things may go smoother for everyone all the way around!! I don't care how shorthanded you are, it isn't worth the headaches this causes customers!!!

This use to be a great pharmacy. Now they are very slow. You have to wait in line forever if you go in and forget about calling, you'll just stay on hold forever! I have also witnessed the staff making fun of people and talking about them negatively after they have left, very unprofessional.

I love Walgreens, despite the days they might seem understaffed. What businesses aren't struggling right now with being understaffed? Local Walgreens in town are friendly and do their best in the pharmacy. I like that I can get deals, despite prices being high, it pays to shop at Walgreens for health needs. I was surprised to receive a random voicemail, it was the pharmacist, I called back to see what it was about and he noticed I was prescribed a new medication, that has some stigma tied to it, and wanted to know if he could answer any questions I might have about it. Welp Steve, you're better at asking how I'm doing than my current PCP, and I really appreciated you calling. An old roommate of mine worked at Walgreens for a long time. I heard a lot about the kinds of things she had to deal with. Being from food & hospitality myself, I can relate some. Thanks!

This is the worse place I ever found in my life (Pharmacy) to refill the prescription. They are unprofessional, they don't care about customers, they don't run the insurance. They asked me to pay out of pocket even if has 2 insurances. They said they don't have time to request for authorization, they can start processing it but meantime asked to buy paying out of pocket, or no medicines. They don't help you, they give a hard time.They also asked me to repeat sentences many times and said did not understand what I was saying. They know that I am not native English speaker I believe they try to give a hard time as much as possible. I also see the way that they chatted and waving their hands inside they were making a fun of me. I felt bad. Then, I came back home and checked their reviews and I am not the only one person treated like badly. I'd recommend don't go this place. They treat you badly. They should at least treat people humanly. I need to change the place for my prescription.

It’s disappointing to have to wait in line for 30 minutes. It’s disappointing for them to be out of your prescription.. but those two issues are not entirely their fault. However it’s unacceptable to have poor customer service and rude behavior. That’s on you Walgreens. I’m switching to local owned.

Walgreens is customer friendly and would recommend to anyone shopping here and the pharmacy workers are doing a great job also helping people as fast as they can

I have plenty of time left to wait in their drive-thru, so I have time to tell you, heart-to-heart: DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. You will be waiting for over an hour. I would move mine if I still could.They often fill my prescriptions for the wrong and different amounts, meaning I have to come back multiple times a month for each medication since they are all different day supplies. That means another hour long wait each time. I once found out after one such wait they never called my insurance to see if something would be covered before filling it; it took several days to get a version that was covered, and in the meantime I suffered without.They laugh in your face at the slightest hint you may be upset at the horrible customer service. Don't even bother trying to call, either; you won't get to a real person after hours of trying. If you're already stranded here, go in person and just try to stomach their sneering grins.You may think this is a typical upset review exaggeration like I did, but please, heed me; I tell no lies. Avoid this place if you can help it at all.Still waiting after typing all of that, by the way.

I usually automatically give Walgreens a one star but this particular Walgreens gets two stars because the staff was extraordinarily helpful the store was clean and I didn't have to deal with getting a prescription filled.

THE WORST pharmacy Russellville has to offer. I have sat in the drive thru line for my almost entire 1 hour lunch break. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t let the “convenient hours” fool you, this place is TRASH!!!!!!!!!!! I will be switch immediately to somewhere else in town that can have timely service. RIDICULOUS!

Drove 45 minutes to make my scheduled appointment only to be told that they were out of stock. I should have been notified. Won’t be making the Walgreens mistake again. CVS let’s see if you can do better?

They are sooooo slow and when you call, you wait on hold for over 20 minutes just to be hung up on. Will be switching to CVS!
