I could have printed off a label at home, but I didn't because I figured they would be able to print it out no problem. Well, I finally got it to go through, but the gentleman told me their printer doesn't like
Taking people's private emails, which makes no sense period. So I had to go through Amazon and send me the label to them and on top of that. They charged me $3.43! The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice. It just made no sense to me.

I have 2 businesses in the Russellville and surrounding areas. I work less than a mile from this store. I am an everyday customer. I myself am a very successful person and I myself have tattoos (that mean a lot to me)
The way I choose to express myself does not make me any less professional or successful.
I sent one of my best employees that is looking for advancement that I cannot offer her, to this store because she is so smart, respectful and her customer service is out of this world. I thought she would be a great fit. But to hear how she was treated in the interview and asked to go get her tattoos REMOVED by the owner of this place has me looking for a new place to do business.
I have contacted all of my fellow business owners THAT HAVE TATTOOS and we will all be going somewhere else.

Will never use this store again for anything. It is 2025 and to judge and discriminate because someone has a tattoo is ridiculous. I will be taking all my business elsewhere. If you won’t hire someone with a tattoo and you are disgusted by them, why should you service customers with tattoos? You should be ashamed

Went around 5:20pm to drop something off and the guy walked out saying “we’re closed”. No sign on the door and hours said 6pm. Probably should leave a sign if you plan on closing early.

Took in two packages to be shipped to California ( different addresses). They talked me into letting them repackage these gifts. Short story…they opened up the gift boxes wrapped each item individually then wrapped the gift box in another box. They mixed up the gifts and sent some wrong items with the correct items for that address. all this cost me $124.93 in shipping 🤬🤬🤬 I am furious. They should never have opened up the actual gift boxes. 🤬🤬🤬 it’s like you buy a set of something that is in its own gift box and the clerk opens it at the register and wraps each item and shoves them back into the gift box. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
