Ordered a diploma frame a week ago and paid extra for shipping. I have tried emailing and calling and no answer. I went to the website and tried to chat and they closed the chat. Horrible experience.

I rented and returned my book. And they charged me full price for a book I returned. Saying I didn’t return it, when I did.

Some of the employees are knowledgeable and but most of them are clueless on how to order books that you need for classes.

I saw so many people talking about a particular man called MR Kevin McCarthycrypto, I kept wondering if he is really an expert trader like they say and not a scammer like the others, then I contacted him. I was so shocked that with just $1,000 I invested, MR Kevin McCarthycrypto assisted me managed my account and after 7 days of trading. I made my first withdrawal of $12,900.“When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.” I’m so delighted sharing this testimony with you all. Be aware of what you need before you check out. Accidentally tried to give me a COMS text book instead of the COMM access code card I needed for the class. Same number class just communications vs Computers letters prefix. Corrected on the spot before I paid but only because I caught it and questioned it.

Edit:Per email conversation with the current manager Derek at the Textbook Brokers, they kindly offered to exchange my book free of charge. They have change their policies since 2012. Because of this, I am updating my review from 2 to 5 stars. This is great customer service to correct the issue that previous management put in place almost 8 years ago.Original review:I have used Textbook Brockers twice while in college between 2010 and 2014. I never got a chance to leave the review. They sold me a used physics book for almost a full price in 2012. They kindly redacted "International Version" out of the book by covering labels. It caused me a lot of issues when teacher would assign homework and all problems would be different. When semester was over, I came to sell it back only to find out they don't accept "International Version" books. They told me to "donate" it in one of the recycled bins. Over the years, I found out that Tech bookstore has better quality and better prices than their store. I would avoid this store at all cost. Look through renting books online or through the Tech bookstore.///Edit to respond to the owner:It is ironic to me that they found exact year when I visited but couldn’t find me in their system when I tried to return this book. Attaching a photo of the book they sold me and how they covered up with a piece of electrical tape.

They seem very disorganized. It was a total train wreck!

Waited in drive thru for what seemed like 10 mins. No sign or anything stating that the drive thru was closed. A girl comes to the window and tells us we need to come inside because the drive thru is now closed and plasters a sign on the window that clearly should have been there before. The line inside is outrageous and we have already waited 10 mins in the drive thru. I’m very disappointed.

A great place for reasonably priced textbooks. Typically, there is a very friendly set of students working there. That being said, they are reasonable to a number of situations that can arise when renting/buying textbooks.

I have come here every semester I have been at ATU, but this semester has been a headache. I went on Tax Free weekend to get my books and they tell me one class doesn’t have a book. Sweet or so I thought. First day of class I find out that I do need a book. So I head to get it and y’all don’t have it. I ordered it on a Thursday and was told it will be here Monday. I’ve been in school 3 weeks now and they still have not gotten it in. When I go in to ask where it is, I get told they don’t know and have no clue when it will be here. I’m only recommending them because they are cheaper then Campus bookstore by a lot. But it might not be worth the hassle as I have already missed two assignments.
