The owner/manager is usually on site working and making certain the customers are well taken care of. She & her staff are quick to greet us as we enter. The unlimited services are so convenient. The Staples store in or town closed a year or so ago. We are limited with choices in office supplies, printing etc. but you would not know it. She appreciates the business we give her. One would think she is working hard & fast because she is trying to beat a lot of nearby competitors! Not the case, she & the staff are there to perform a service with a smile”
