Store was super clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and available. Adopt area was maintained and pets seemed happy and playful. Only concern was wish they had an on-site vet as the town could use another one.

Didn't have hardly any small animals. Maybe they had just sold them and were waiting on new ones. Short staffed, took a long time to get help with fish. Overall a good experience and I like the fish I brought home.

Wonderful service/sales, large inventory, these folks are great to deal with and their curbside delivery is fast and efficient.
