Bought a bed and frame set from them. They had a nice selection of furniture, and the sales lady Amy Morgan was very friendly and gave excellent customer service.

Good if you like getting price gouged. Bought a mattress for 600$... found it on Amazon for less than 300$. The people seem nice though

My wife and I have always taken good care of our furniture, and we were excited to invest in a new sofa and loveseat set. However, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the furniture and the level of service we received from your store.From the moment we received the furniture, we noticed issues with it. There were staples sticking out everywhere, wood pieces were coming apart, and fabric and cotton were coming out of the seams. Despite having purchased a $300 Guardsman warranty, we were disappointed to find that our claim was denied. We expected better quality and service from a reputable furniture store like yours.

I bought a sofa and loveseat set from here (about 3 years ago), and it has not held up well at all. It has been the worst furniture I’ve ever owned. It started showing wear and tear shortly after getting it. The foot rests on the recliners wore thin quickly, and it was like propping your feet up in a piece of bare plywood- it cut into our legs. The material ripped in many different places. There were wood pieces jabbing out on the back and staples sticking out. When we sat down on it, there was a piece of wood that would jab us in the back. The sofa had a huge gap between the 2 big back parts- which is not how it was supposed to be. It was delivered that way. It was the most uncomfortable couch. We reached out to Peter’s Family Living and were told to file a claim through Guardsman- which we had paid extra to be able to have things covered. That’s been about a month and Guardsman still has yet to do anything. When we call to follow up, it’s foreigners who can’t understand us or help us. We haven’t gotten anywhere with them. It’s a joke! We’ve reached out to Peter’s Family Living and were made to feel like Doug would take care of us if Guardsman didn’t. He told my husband that. Well, now he has excuses as to why they can’t- of course. They don’t seem to care about their customers, so they don’t care about their business, apparently. This set was a set of Ashley furniture but has been the worst. It is made very cheaply and poorly. We will never buy from them again. We will take our business down the road next time to Good Deal Charlie’s- who has better prices and excellent customer service! I would not recommend anyone buy from Peter’s Family Living if you want quality furniture and good customer service.**I just received an email from Guardsman. They will not cover any of the damage on our couches. It seems that they don’t cover any damage as they play it off as something completely different. Basically you pay money for an insurance to do absolutely nothing.My husband and I turned the couches over last night to look at some things. They’re basically hollow, plywood boxes with material cheaply stapled to cover. Terrible quality. If others received the same furniture we did, they’re not happy with it.

They have quality furniture, and in house financing which was cool. However, their prices are raised over $100 up depending on the item you buy. In any case I adore my new bed and book stand. Way to go In House Financing and delivery. Thank you all.
