We had the unfortunate circumstance of our radiator leaking on a cross country roadtrip. Went to Orr Hyundai to have it assessed. It needed to be repaired, and couldn’t be taken care of for 2 days. However, we received the best costumer service from 2 of the employees helping in the service department who did all they could to make this experience as painless as possible. Thank you Thonda and Kyle, grateful for all of your help and kindness.

This was our second Hyundai purchase from Orr. We drove our 2016 Tuson for 7 years and never had a single problem with it. I'm sure we will have the same luck with our 23 SantaFe. The dealership is great. Chuck Scott is a wonderful salesman and was so patient with us. Give them a try!!!

First service visit on my Tucson HEV. All was complimentary including beverages and snacks in clean waiting room with plenty of seating with plenty of distance from other customers.

Sleazy Chuck had us drive all the way from Little Rock to look at a vehicle with "no markups" when in fact the car had around $3000 extra in "dealer added accessories", such as $300 wheel locks when Hyundai doesn't even price them that much as OEM direct. Theirs must've been gold plated. I purchased from Crain Hyundai instead after easily negotiating a sale on the phone within 10 minutes.

One price on the website different price when you get there $7,000 difference they won't honor the price on their website so I wouldn't deal with them also they way undervalue your trade

I have bought all of my vehicles at Orr except my previous vehicle, which ended up being a nightmare. Orr on the other hand, has given me a fair deal every time. I worked with Garrett to find a good fit, and test drove a few vehicles. I was about to order one, when something that ticked off more of my boxes came in and Garrett texted me to let me know about it before we ordered the other vehicle that was close, but not exactly what I was looking for. I test drove the 2022 Hyundai Tucson, and it was pretty much perfect. I've had it a couple of weeks now, and I love it so far. Although, paying sticker price will always be outlandish in my mind, they didn't price gauge during this shortage of vehicles & parts in 2021, and that's about as satisfactory as about as satisfactory as you can get this year. Also, with my last vehicle it seemed like I was treated like I was ignorant about vehicles, and I am happy to say that has never been the case at Orr, which I appreciate as a woman very much.

Orr of Russellville was exceptional all the way around during this sales experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They even found me a better interest rate that would lower my payments and called me back in--two times!!! I call that wonderful customer service!!
