We were shopping for a car in December. We went to Orr Nissan in Russellville. We had seen several used vehicles in the 16k price range that we were interested in. We got to Orr and magically NONE of those cars were on the lot. The salesman Cary, would only show us 2 vehicles and would not disclose the price of either.
He finally sold my fiance' on a 2021 Nissan Kicks due to it coming with a FREE LIFETIME POWER TRAIN warranty. He claimed the Kicks had never been in an accident. We did the paperwork and the price totaled nearly $24k!
Fast Forward to April, the sun was in my eyes and I bumped a pole in the Walmart parking lot. The airbags deployed. They deemed it a total loss. Insurance paid their part, GAP paid their part but it had to go back through Orr to cover a $3200 Warranty. (The FREE warranty) ? Orr is trying to say that we opted for a different warranty. So the warranty company is saying that the Orr didn't cancel the policy. So we are now in July and still paying on a vehicle that we no longer have due to Orr not doing their part. This has been an absolute nightmare! They have been shady and unprofessional form the start. Oh and I had to collect paperwork from the insurance company which disclosed that the Nissan had been rear-ended in 2022!

Had an issue with a tire losing air and they got everything fixed now and the wait wasn't too long. The waiting room also has various drinks, the occasional popcorn if it's made, employees are all helpful and friendly. Overall a great/helpful experience.

This is our 2nd car purchase from Orr in Russellville. Both have been pretty easy. Mike Stringer made the process as simple as he could and I’m very grateful. We ended up with a Nissan Sentra and it’s incredibly nice with a payment we could live with.

DO NOT USE ORR! Went to them to discuss purchasing a 2024 Nissan Altima, they were advertising them for 27k, would not negotiate on price, nor negotiate on our trade in value that also retained positivity equity. While we there they would make up drama about other dealerships, guilt trip us into purchasing there with the mantra “Shopping local keeps local businesses alive.” Inform us that the vehicles they have are not marked up, they do not add anything extra while also contradicting themselves with a added on window tent for 499$.We went to Superior Nissan, got the vehicle we wanted for 23K the same vehicle I might add Orr had advertised for 27k. Orr offered 10.9 interest, Superior offered 7.9 interest. I would not recommend them to anybody. Unless you enjoy window tents and marked up vehicles. Stay Smart, Shop Around.

Not happy with orr. Changed oil in my rogue left oil cap off. I've bought 2 vehicles from them. Just not happy with the service department. They never have a car to drive.

Over two years ago, received a notice that my truck was under a recall for high pressure fuel pump that could fail and destroy motor. I was to receive a letter when part became available and to contact dealer when I received the letter.
Finally received the letter March 8, 2024 and contacted dealer. Was told to bring truck in March 25th, 2024 and they would install the pump.
Dropped the truck off at 0730 on the 25th, and when I hadn't heard anything by 1700 that day, a half hour before closing, I called the Service Dept. and was told. "Oh, we don't have the part and can't repair it, will have to order the part and could take 2 months."
A. Why didn't they call BEFORE I bought the truck in and cancel the appointment until they had part?
B. Why did they let it sit there all day and not call me at all, truck would still be there if I hadn't called.
C. It is really difficult for me to make arrangements to drop truck off and also to pick it up and I don't appreciate my time being wasted.
It would be easier to understand if I bought the truck in for repair and they discovered it needed a part they didn't have, but when you are bringing it in for a specific reason like to replace the high pressure fuel pump that you were waiting two years for the recall part to be available and are told they finally have the part and to bring it in for it to be installed, it just doesn't make sense to me,.

Do not use the shop! Had warranty work done. Work was done improperly and didn't make it two weeks. Took them a month to get it in and they refused to give me a loaner vehicle. They had my only vehicle that I bought there for two months. Tried to blame me and kept changing the story. Found out they did not do other warranty work that they claimed to. Ended up paying for the parts as a compromise. Got my car back and I didn't make it 100 yards to find they still didn't fix it. Now I have to take it to another shop and pay them to fix what the dealership messed up. I will never set foot on there lot again. Do not use there shop!

The two stars are for the new vehicles. Highly recommend Orr for that. My family has bought 3 from them. The sales people can be pushy.Used vehicles? Zero stars. My family has bought a total of 4 used vehicles from them and every single one has come to us with issues immediately and continuously. I don’t really believe they do a full check, or fluids check before reselling.

Recently moved here and was in need of repair on my wife’s 2022 Jeep Renegade. Contacted Russellville Orr Service Deparzment and talked with Service Advisor and/or manager Robert Sitton.Robert Sitton was easy to talk with and helped out answering all of my questions so we sent the Jeep there for repairs. In the meantime while waiting for the Jeep to be finished, my 2018 Ram 3500 popped up a service electronic breaking system warning.I contacted Russellville Orr and asked for Mr. Sitton in the service department and was advised that he no longer worked there. I was advised that he had moved to Orr Motors of Dardanelle.I thanked the lady and hung up and called the Orr Motors in Dardanelle and spoke with Robert there.I enjoy talking with Robert and totally trusted what he was telling me regarding repairs on both of our vehicles. So long as I can deal with Robert Sitton I’ll keep taking my vehicles there to Dardanelle. The mechanic that worked on my truck Eddy was on it. Good attitude and never slowed down till it was done.
