I personally traveled to Arkansas to take training with Mr. Andrews and his daughter, Amberlee. I learned so much and they were amazing. They have this business down pat and I feel honored to have learned under some masters. They went above and beyond to teach us extra hours, gifting supplies etc... They are not just in it for the money. They care, they're fair and they are eager and willing to share what they know. They treated us like family and put us to work :) I will always be thankful!

Northern Tails have always done right by me and our grooming business. They are always friendly and extremely informative and helpful with helping the groomer take care of their own equipment. I have ONLY used NT since we opened 17 years ago. It's a bit of a bummer to wait for the mail to get back to me (we are in NJ) but I won't trust anyone else with the tools that make by business what it is.

I have trained with the Northen Tails people and they are top notch and offer true professional services. They sharpen over 20,000 clipper blades a year so they have lots of experience doing them.I would not hesitate recommending their services.

Northern Tails Sharpening, Inc. are the best sharpeners around. They really know what they are doing with grooming blades. We had a few sharpened by a local sharpener but never could get them to last. We sent those same blades to Northern Tails back in September of last year and they are still as sharp as the day we got them back. They are super nice people and very professional. Don't be worried about sending your blades or scissors to be sharpened by them. They are fast and thorough. I will never use anyone else. Sending out some other blades today, Thanks!

Honestly wow. I ordered some clippers from you guys and I am just so pleased. The package was packed well and safe, they included an adorable wood magnet. I send my blades and shears out twice a year (prepping the shipment today made me think to write this review) to Northern Tails. They are fast with the orders I send out, and everything comes back in sharp working condition. Customer service is top notch. Their website has everything under the sun for information on how to care for your blades and shears. I love that Jeff, the owner, is super accessible on Facebook should I have questions or concerns about my equipment or my orders.

I've been using northern tails sharpening service for years and years. They are beyond a doubt very conscientious about their service they do an excellent job and if something comes that's not quite right they are very happy to correct it.
