Requested style: Got coffin shaped nails with black French tips plus some diamonds
Specialties: Did the black french tips free handed and still came out perfect!
Cleanliness: Beyond clean! Even put on Family Fued and we where ALL laughing! Just an all around great place!

Cleanliness: Although the shop was fairly clean the tools were not sanitary
Stylist: LeeLee did a poor job. I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures for over 10 years and this was the first time my polish peeled off less than a week after. She diluted the gel polish! Who does that?!! I asked for an eyebrow wax but was told that they did not offer any waxing services although it was advertised.

I'm not one to complain, but this was one of the worst set of nails I've ever gotten. The shape didn't match, the lengths didn't match and they weren't smooth at all. I went home and borrowed my daughters nail kit and had to file and sand them down like crazy then repaint them all. The pedicure was just ok, nothing special. I like my toes and hands to match, so I had to repaint my toes, too. That was a $100 wasted.

Great customer service! Favorite nail salon I’ve been to around town this far. They were were kind and beyond helpful. They also educated me more and I left spending much less than expected and with great quality nails! So pleased!

New owners at Natural nails. The lady who used to partially own this place, Kim, now works on her own at Mirage. She is wonderful, does a great job, and will get you in and out quickly. Go and see her at Mirage! Highly recommend!

So rude!! Guy was so aggressive and rude to me for no reason at all, during service he asked if my nails were short enough I said a little shorter he got so mad and said he’s not doing it shorter and pushed my hand. Then he knocked off a nail and blamed it on me while he kept watching tv!! I was getting shaky because he was so rude!! He told me to quit staring at them because I was moving my hands to much and pushed them back he was so aggressive!! My nails are already peeling off he straight up got up and walked away not saying anything when he was done so awkward! Never again!
