This particular Josten location is not customer friendly and can not take responsibility for their actions. I purchased a class ring for my son. He is graduating a year early. I had been sick and financially set back. So when my son asked about his class ring I couldn’t guarantee I could get it for him. He showed me what he wanted and I kept it close to me. I notice I could make payments and not have to pay all at once. I made my payment on January 31,2024. When the payment was made and posted I was under the assumption that the ring order would be sent to manufacturers. At least that’s what it says online. I made all payments then called about the ring. The online info tells you that it will be sent to local office or mailed. When I inquired about the ring I discovered the ring was not ordered as stated. It was not ordered until I made the last payment. When I contacted the Russellville Office I was called a liar and told it says nothing of the sort. I was also ignored and not once was I apologized to. I know it gets hectic around this time of the year but we all know mistakes happen. But to represent a company with an impeccable reputation as Josten the manner in which I was talked to and treated was unacceptable. Not once have they acknowledged the ball being dropped on their end! Now I don’t know when to expect and ring I paid for in March. As a former Pope County resident it’s sad that the business sector has allowed themselves to act as such. Russellville as a whole prides themselves on customer friendly behavior but I see that’s not the case here. Jostens is a wonderful place to purchase from. However you may want to do your due diligence when it comes to these ppl. We’ll have bars days but to openly without shame call a customer a liar and then block and ignore a paid customer displays how much concern they are about your money, time or special moment.Simply rude, disrespectful and sad.

Do yourself a favor and order your senior items elsewhere. This place is not worth the headache.

They should be ashamed of themselves with the price gouging on the yearbooks!

I received my son's announcements yesterday and I am highly disappointed. The paper is of poor quality. The font size is so small I can barely read it and the school crest on the front doesn't even match the school colors. It is printed so darkly that you can hardly see what it is supposed to be. For the amount of money, I spent on these I would think at the very least they would be a good quality card stock and not just quarter-folded printer paper. I don't even want to use these.

I ordered a minimal class ring that was way over priced, with the high hopes that it would simply be made and sent to my school just like everyone else's. After waiting about a month after everyone else got their rings, I still didn't have mine. It had been lost in the mail, but I was never notified. Might I mention that the ring had been paid in full a few weeks after ordering it. I finally got my ring, opened it with excitement, and they had made a mistake on it! I understand that mistakes happen, but with a sheet that says EXACTLY what I wanted on it, I expected the ring I ordered. I reluctantly sent the ring back to Jostens in order to have them correct their mistake, after having to pay for postal insurance of course. I am on day 28, and still counting. I have not heard from Jostens, letting me know anything about the status of my ring, and am very unsatisfied.
