I bought an absolutely beautiful furniture set and king size bed from here this week and I'm more happy about it than I ever dreamed I would be. My bed is so comfortable that I slept until 8:00 and that's the first time I slept past 6:30 a.m. in ages. The gentleman that delivered and set it up did a wonderful job they weren't fussy and everything is set up properly. This was an excellent deal

Good Deal Charlie's is the only furniture store in Russellville that I actually like shopping at. Every time I go there, whoever is manning the place is always friendly, helpful, BUT NOT INSANELY PUSHY like all of the other furniture stores in town. Every other place you go, they hound you, follow you around like a wolf stalking prey. It's horrible. When my husband and I stop by here it's different. They ask what we're looking for, show us where the selection is located, and let us look at it and discuss and test things and take our time deciding. AND GDC has really good deals sometimes on furniture that is no longer going to be in stock. I've bought multiple pieces from this place, and I'm thinking of stopping by soon to get new recliners.

I just stopped in to have a look around. The sales staff were taking siesta, so I looked around for a minute and left. I don't like high-pressure salespeople, but if the staff are napping in the showroom, that's a bit too relaxed for me.

An honest review from an insider:My wife worked here and she would not knowingly let me post this, but it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission. She worked here for two years, and was laid off due to the redundancy of the company. She is one of the best women I’ve ever met and worth far more than the person who made this call. This came at a time when my career was majorly impacted by Covid and I’ve been having to do things like get a spinal tap and test out anti depressants in FDA studies and sell my blood just to feed our family of four and pay for maintenance on our crumbling house. The women she worked with and her immediate manager are so nice, but the person making these calls is a modern day sweat shop boss with all sorts of cars and a mansion and a million dollars and me and my wife have to fight for crumbs. They offered her 1200$ to sign an NDA and leave but I’m proud to say she has too much integrity to take their dirty money. She deserved far better and so does everyone there. I will always pray whoever laid off my wife and tried to bribe her to keep quiet finds some way to become a good person.

Purchased a bed roughly 4 years ago from them for $800 that didn't even last a year before it formed a large "lump" right in the middle of it causing it to be useless. $800 for a mattress to not even hold up a year is a complete joke. Made the mistake of giving them another try 3 months ago where i purchased another mattress from them thinking it was just a fluke the first time, well guess what, matress didnt even last a full MONTH before a large dip formed in one side of it. Now its completely worthless and im looking to replace it again. This place should be shut down. Steer clear and buy quality, there is a reason they're CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP and have a strict "no returns, no exchanges, and no warranty policy" they don't stand behind their product because they know in fact know its junk

BUYER BEWARE!! Their sister store in Knightdale, NC sales dirty, used mattresses that they fraudulently pass off to consumers as new. Once you get the mattress home, and discover they are new, they refuse to refund your money. Look up the reviews for Overstock Furniture and Mattress.

This should be a no star rating. Husband and i went in yesterday looking at bedroom furniture. Found a suit we liked and asked question to salesman steve who helped us. He ran our credit gave us totals etc. Told him we would be back today and when we went in the bed was gone. Dresser and night stand still there and was informed both beds they had in stock sold yesterday. If they were going to sell it out from under us then why run our credit!!!. Needless to say we will not go back and will discourage anyone from going there.

Bought 2 beds there. When I arrived the first thing i asked was about delivery and the salesman said oh yes of course we will. And i even told him I lived 20 to 30 min away and he said that was fine as well. After i paid for the beds i asked when they would be delivered and the same man told me oh we cant deliver that far so I let him know how i felt about that. And so i had to find someone to get it. Well i found someone and gave the worker my ticket to know which beds i had. Well when my beds arrived they had given me the cheapest hardest mattress which is not the one i purchased the one i paid for was a pillow top not a hard cheap one. Well when i called they refused to fix it and claimed i was lieing but I could come get a better one for more money.i have bought with them several times in the past but they will never get anymore of my money.
