The Dollar General is a FedEx drop off point. All they do is take your package and give you a receipt but they cannot print labels.

I have had a very bad experience with FedEx.1. They left an envelope that clearly said "photos do not bend" on my porch, where it rained and the package was soaked. *they could have left it on my carport, where it would've been protected from the weather.2. they have left packages at my house 3 times of a man that lives nearby, that clearly has a different name/address3.I got a package yesterday that was so beat up that the inside box of was tore open and smashed one on end.I do not appreciate this and I'm done with FedEx. Most of my stuff comes from UPS, and i do not have these issues with them.I don't know if FEDEX just has a bad driver for my area, but i finally called and complained last night.Unfortunately, i already deleted the pics of the photo envelope.Very unhappy customer.

the business is not my complaint...the driver(s) are my issue! in New Blaine new compliant drivers are needed. since Xmas i can say atleaast 8xs my delivery paid items have been left all over my neighborhood. I've probably walked more to recover my packages then our fedex driver(s) drive to deliver them.. to everywhere except my house!
