“At my wits end porting a number from Total by Verizon back to Verizon. Spent an entire weekend back and forth with online support only to be frustrated and out of service. Happened to be in Russellville today for other errands and took a chance that maybe somebody at this Verizon store would have mercy and help straighten out this porting mess.
