Downy moving treated us so well! I loved having movers and they treated my things great nothing was lost or broken and it didnt cost me a second mortgage. If I ever have to move again I know who I will be using!

This is the worst uncompassionate company to deal with. Our daughter and son in law are a military family that moved and expecting our 1st child in 4 weeks or less. Their shipment was recieved Aug 31 and they will not deliver until 9/8. The military is/was willing to pay for after hours but they refused. No attempt to even be of any help. DONT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE FINE LIVING IN AN EMPTY HOUSE !!!!!!

Great job unloading our furniture and an added bonus they come back to pick up boxes and paper. Very easy to get ahold of someone in their office. Highly recommend!

reviews show Downey to provide fabulous service. but my review is not about their service, more so about there lack of accountability. Downey would not take responsibility for damage done to my mailbox that their truck (driver) caused. I provided pictures of the damage and what/when occurred, but to no avail. Downeys defense is their is no proof that their driver did this damage. all Downey had to do was check their drivers loggs to see who serviced this location (it was a

These guys are the best!! Matt and HA turned a stressful moving day into a great job well done. They were professional yet personable and kind. They packed our whole household and worked diligently and did a great job. The crew came back today to load up and pack the big stuff, they did a great job and were good to work with. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.
