At 3:00-4:00 Trash spilling out all over the sidewalk, packed in and unable to add more. Rarely are there soda cups, straws and/or utensils even spoons for ice cream. Sometimes they under the counter but still in boxes. Soda spilled on the counters, canned drinks are only available if I go to the walk-in coolers. It's a mess.

Stopped to get gas today, the card reader on pump 10 doesn't work, so I went in to pay for gas. Went to pay with my card, and the person behind the counter was rude telling me my bank card was blocked, when it wasn't , since how I used my bank card the day before. So I called my bank, and MY CARD WAS NOT BLOCKED OR NOTHING. IT WAS ACTIVE. So the bank told me it is on their end, their credit card machine is messed up . So for the person that was behind the counter with half black/purple hair, wearing a snuggie or something, no name tag and not wearing a uniform had an attitude with the whole process, and acted like she didn't want to deal with customers. This place used to be decent to go to with decent employees, now I'm not so sure about it. But that is fine I got my gas at Krogers, and my bank card seems to work fine there today.

Updated review! Squeegees have been changed out and they worked great, I'm a happy customer.
Previous review below:
The windshield washer squeegees at the gas pumps are in desperate need of replacement, they are so warped and worn that they are unusable. I'll check again in about a month and update my review accordingly, but in the meantime I'm taking my business somewhere that can provide this basic courtesy. Otherwise, this location is clean and well lit and I've never had problems with pay-at-the-pump. I can't speak for the rest of the location (interior, etc).

Apparently for those that don’t know they don’t make “specialty subs/wraps” anymore only what’s in the cold box. I was informed of this after I tried to order a roast beef wrap what are they going to do discontinue “specialty pizzas” next? Don’t worry Subway was more than happy to make my roast beef wrap for me.

These people stole $20 bucks. An hour apart. I went in and prepaid and then the pump went over by 12 cents. Strange prepay system, there. Kinda feels like a card skimming operation. Don’t go here if you’re on disability and have a fixed monthly income, or if you want to make it to the end of the month with a roof over your head. I can’t pay my rent because a gas station STOLE MY MONEY. They’re despicable, if you ask me.

I’ve been doing business with this store ever since it opened, it’s really went down hill in the last year or so. Pumps don’t work, get out to pump gas and find out it’s broke for what ever reason and have to move to another one. Then when I want a receipt at the pump I can’t get one! If I wanted to go in the store that wouldn’t be a big deal, but I get gas and need to go usually. I don’t want to have to wait in line at the counter just to get a receipt! The Danville store is so much nicer!!

Went into the store to grab a Gatorade and some gas to encounter what I would assume to be the manager yelling and screaming through the store about her staff all while she sat in a chair to put up stock right next to the register and front door. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and some what hostile. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I can't imagine why staff would be calling out??
