Good location in the middle of town. They let me back in because I forgot my check book so I could look for it so service was above and beyond! The room I was in was not very desirable and there were a lot of questionable people staying there. There were no soaps for washing your hands or taking a shower, no batteries in the remote so we couldn't watch TV, no microwave or mini fridge.

No stars deserved!!FAKE SMOKE DETECTORS!!! HEAVILY STAINED MATTRESSES!!Ignore any positive reviews of the Budget Inn. If you're considering staying here because the rate seems reasonable, don't. This place is not for families, vacations, or anyone who hates insects in their bed. The only positive review this place deserves is for the maintenance man, Joey. Smoke detectors are non functional (no battery, not wired in), black NASTY who knows what bodily secretions mattresses, exterior walk way security cameras with audio and video slightly viewing inside guest windows, owner pockets around $76,000 a month if all rooms are rented and cringes when asked for toilet paper. Onsite washer and dryer is either locked or in use by the staff. Guests who ask for a little more time to move out bc of extreme diarrhea end up in handcuffs after getting the ok from staff. Beating on door every 5 minutes beginning at 1030 on checkout day (11am).DO NOT STAY AT THIS SO CALLED MOTEL UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS, SAFETY, OR PRIVACY. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR, IF YOU MUST.

May not be much and it may have taken a week to get most of the problems in Room #53 fixed, but for only $270 pWk their hard to beat.Walkability: As close to downtown Russellville as you can get.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Watch out for the crackheads that try to get you out of your room so they can rob you.

Get real, you get what you pay for. I have stayed here whenever I'm in russellville and never had a problem. Rooms are basic, clean and well maintained. Family run and always nice and friendly. Absolutely nothing fancy in a 1950s motor hotel. If you would prefer a free hot breakfast, there are a half dozen motels in town for $120 a night that do that.

Rental room at 11:00 pm on Monday 3, 2022. Next morning was alarmingly woken by beating and banging at 7:00 am by workers rebuilding the overhang outside in front of my door. Apparently management has absolutely no respect or care for customers. ?
