I had a tire blow out on I-40, I didn't realize that I did not have my wheel lock key. The shop had to weld a lugnut to my locked lug to remove it. Wanda and her staff were great to deal with and completely trustworthy. They got me home.

Had to have my truck towed clear from Haw Creek/Big Piney area, where my rear wheel sheared off. It was a holiday weekend and these guys were open…and I’m so glad. Everything repaired within an hour and I was back on the road! Professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

We were a thousand miles a way from home and car wouldn't start back up after stopping for gas. I was confident it was the battery, but it was Saturday afternoon, and I didn't want to risk being wrong. So, we had it towed to Arkansas tire. They were very understanding of our situation (road trip with kiddos). Pulled our vehicle in right away, diagnosed it, and had me back on the road. Time was of the essence. This was 2:30 on a Saturday, they close at 4, my family and I would've been stuck until Monday. We were so thankful that they were able to help us in an emergency situation!!!

I highly recommend the team at Arkansas Tire & Auto Service! I had a tire catastrophe driving into Russellville this week for a bimonthly medical satellite health clinic. I had numerous patients who had driven long distances that I needed to get there to see, so I was desperately trying to get there on time. I had a flat tire on the way to Russellville from Little Rock , changed it and put the donut tire on. I called Arkansas Tire & Auto Service and spoke to Jeffery as I was entering Russellville. He was extremely kind and accommodating and agreed to let me drop my damaged tire off to be repaired while I was at work and then let me come by later that afternoon and replace it to my car before leaving Russellville to head back home. However, shortly after I arrived at my destination, the other tire on the same side of my car went flat, leaving me stranded with no other spare tire. I called AAA and had my car towed to Arkansas Tire & Auto Service. Jeffrey was so helpful and reassuring. He masterfully, coordinated everything to ensure both tires were repaired and that my car was ready for me by the time my work day was complete! He literally took care of everything regarding my car and tires so I could focus on my patients and work and not have to worry about it. He was such a blessing to me! Their prices were very fair and reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this business and will certainly think of them first the next time I have any tire needs.

We were on our way home to Rogers, from Kentucky (1500 miles round trip) when we stopped in Russellville for a bite to eat when our van died and would not restart on a Saturday night. We had the van towed to Arkansas Tire left our key in their Dropbox and our phone#. Jeffrey called us first thing Monday morning and got our van in and diagnosed the problem and fixed in record time. Could not have asked for a more professional experience. Very reasonable and we were very grateful for their service. If we lived in Russellville Arkansas Tire is definitely who we would trust with our automotive needs. Thanks again!

Jeffery was amazing! I am an out of towner who broke down after hours. Jeffrey contacted me promptly the next morning to discuss the issue. By later that afternoon we had a diagnosis and, even though it wasn’t something he could fix, he went above and beyond to help me find a solution. So thankful!

Josh and Jeff were so helpful. My 2nd time here. I've put tires on boat trailer and travel trailer. Great service, and they've always gone the extra mile to make sure I'm safe while on the road traveling.

Update walked in to get a tire fixed. They said it might be a while but I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend

Worst place I have ever took vehicle and they don't stand behind their work took my truck had front end alignment done and tires put on its eating outside of tires off took wife's suv told them something wrong with front end and lights on dash on they claimed part to fix lights was obsolete couldn't get it and front end just needed sway bar link and bushings so they supposedly fixed it put tires on 7000 miles later tires were bald so paid them again to do alignment and tires 11000 miles later tires are bald again and they say it's out but can't be adjusted due to rust so now I have to take it somewhere else pay them to fix it when already paid like 3 times for Arkansas tire to fix itand on top of that they took sensors out wheels claimed they were about to go out witch caused even more lights to come on

Took my car here to let them work the noise on my brakes after 5 hours of waiting, and drove off still the noise was there. They're not trustworthy, as a woman with nothing knows about car they'll tell you lied and tricked you. Don't go here!!! They're one of the scam shop.

This company was so professional and kind they helped us with so much as we were moving. Between trailer tires going out and starters failing in their parking lot they got us all fixed up under an hour and for the best prices I’ve ever seen if I could rate them more than 5 stars I would! 11/10 would recommend to anyone
