So took my new puppy here for the second time . The first time the gal was totally professional and knew what was needed .. I had the pups shot records in hand and she took copies. Done deal. Awesome experience. Second time . NOT. First thing why are you here. We had an appt. Into the room we go I won’t say names but only cuz of wife but this happened 900am 10/26 had no records with him for our pup didn’t know what was going on . Then came back and wanted to give her a round of shots said he saw her records, which if he had saw her records he would be aware she already had 4 rounds of shots.We asked him to bring the records. Out he goes and comes back with NO records other then some printout . they took copies of her records the first visit All he wanted to do was bash his fellow co worker when questioned and put it off on her like she did something wrong.. #1 don’t lie to me. That right there is a deal breaker. #2 we tried to explain to him the shots that she already had but he wanted to discredit what we knew to be fact #3 don’t get irritated at the patients parent because of your lack of knowledge and they ask questions. #4 don’t ever try and give my animal some coronavirus clot shot. We won’t be back. And if you should go steer clear of Saturday morning workers.

My great unt and I took her puppy there who was very sick. It turned out he had parvo. They charged her $860 when we got there. Thes did tests and was going to keep him over night. That night around 11pm they called to say he had parvo. They were going to give him IV's overnight and some antibodies to help him. The next morning ing they said she had to drop off another $1,000 deposit for hi. To be there 5 days to get the antibodies and IV's. They also said the puppy pulled his port out in the middle of the night and he would have yo have the vet put a new one in this morning. When we got there around 2pm the vet still had not put a new port in and the puppy was still not getting iv's. We paid the $1,000 deposit and we were able to see the dog from a distance. Then that night the puppy died. So the puppy didn't have iv's most of the day on Tuesday and over half the night Monday night and when they called Wednesday morning ingredients they said he wouldn't take his medicine (so they weren't giving it through iv) and he had died in the night. They told my aunt she would be getting a refund since he was not here the full 5 days but when we went to pick him up that afternoon they told us no she was not getting a refund. Then they said they would talk to the vet and get back to us which they never did. They took advantage of my aunt who does not have a lot of money. Be ware and stay away. They will take advantage of the elderly and they don't do what they said. This puppy did not get iv's for 2 days straight this puppy was lucky to get a full 12 hours of iv's if that during the time he was there. I do not recommend this vet at all.

We were visiting family for a few days. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Heber Springs. Husband took our little 14 year old 5 pound chihuahua outside to go potty and minutes later our little Sammy was out of control. We brought him to this Vet Hospital where we were informed our little guy ingested methamphetamines. He was in horrible state and we thought he wasn’t going to make it. He stayed 2 nights and 3 days at the hospital. They did everything right and because of their love and care, our little guy is alive and back to himself again. We praise Jesus for their expertise and compassion.
Dr. Mike and the crew were absolutely amazing! Even once we got back to our home in Mississippi we had received calls to make sure our Sammy was doing good.
I have nothing but great things to say. And a huge thank you for everything you all did for us.
I attached a picture of our little guy still sick but on the road to recovery as we were driving from Arkansas back to Mississippi and him today.

I am so grateful to Dr Mike and his day and night time crew. They are pure awesome solution seekers who are on an amazing life mission to care for animals. I have all the confidence in their abilities and recommend them highly. A special shout out to Ms Michelle, Sydney, Kayla and forgive me for leaving out other names of their fantastic team as they have all blessed my sweet fur family with their talents and guidance.

I've used Dr Pallone several times. They are knowledgeable and kind. Very helpful when you have emergency large animal care. A tad on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for...quality service

Yesterday we had our Dorper Ram thats 4 months old that was sick bad! Dr Mike came out fast and was so good with us and our Ram! Within the next few hours after Dr Mike administered meds, our Ram was feeling much better! Dr Mike spent time with us to explain everything and was super kind during the whole process! Thank you Pallone Veterinary Hospital for helping us ON A SUNDAY.....and saving our Ram!

I just moved here from Michigan. But everyone I talk to says this is the place to bring your animal to. I have a king shepherd dog he got bit by a tick when we first came to ark the first vet put him on meds for it she's said to take this meds he will aways test positive I’ll never go back there ! In Harrison ! but now Diarrhea three days in a roll talk to the doctor here in rosebud got appointments in morning! No wait, come right in she said or I could drop him off for emergency price ! At least I had an option! Is nice! We’re going in the morning . But so far Excellent service they care about the animal given me suggestions how to help my Charlie Brown till morning thank you. I’ll be heartbroken if I lost him.

Was givin a Price but asked for a 600 dollar deposit but was told we would get some back but when we picked up the dog they kept the whole 600 because she was a elderly lady and she was taken advantage of Benadryl and antibiotics doesn't cost 600 dollars. The vet was very nice just the run around fron the front the 600 was in case they had to do extra they did not

Just want to say thank you Dr Pallone and staff for the excellent care, concern and quick response time over the weekend for my sons Golden Retriever Cash. You guys are absolutely amazing. Your compassion and love for animals are extremely obvious you guys didn’t hesitate to take Cash in Friday night in the emergency situation that had my son heartbroken with little hope after leaving his local vet. You were highly recommended by a friend of mine that owns Paw Springs in Sheridan AR. My son Hunter experienced first hand why you were highly recommended and for this we are grateful. Cash is home with Hunter and doing great this morning thanks to the care you guys provided! Thank you again and we will highly recommend you guys to everyone ❤️

They helped my Sons cat when nobody else would...sorda exspensive but gave proper care for the cat. I liked everything but the expense.
