This vet has not seen my animals in the past but after today… I WILL be bringing all my animals to them!! They talked me through an emergency with my dog and was so patient with me. Thank You, Pallone Animal Hospital!!!

I was having my dog put down and Pallone’s was coming to my house to do so not only were they a hour and half late but when I called to find out where the vet was the office lady was extremely rude to me and told me that the vet was in my drive way! When I told her that the vet was in fact not in my driveway she called me a liar numerous times. I asked for the vets number she refused to give it to me but had him call me which was fine too. He called me and he was sitting at a house 5 miles away which was not even the right address….. like it wasn’t even close…. Not even the same numbers….. so I had to give him directions the whole way to my house. I was not rude to him or his assistant as a matter or fact I barely spoke to them bc I was putting my dog down. However they went back and told Mike that I was rude to them and yelled at them and got my house banded from the vet without ever hearing my side of the story. But guess what they made sure to get that $500 vet bill first though!

I can not say thank you enough to the staff here..had to find an exotic vet emergency clinic and no where was available..I was given their number and Casey was there working and she jumped right in on my lil Rolo’s case and worked with Ryan…i was not given great news about Rolo and they prepared me for the worse..i left lol Rolo with them and before i was very far away Casey called and gave me an update on him…made my heart happy..over night Rolo got better and Ryan saved my lil guys life…i love 2 hours away and the weather got bad so Rolo had to stay the night again with Hannah and i knew he was in great hands….i would recommend you guys to anyone!! thank you all so much for saving my lil guy and taking care of him….

My little Pomeranian baby had a traumatic brain injury. Within minutes of it happening, I rushed her to Dr. Pallone’s office. He wasn’t there but his staff jumped right in and took immediate care of my Sophee Grace. Prognosis wasn’t real good but Dr. Pallone, via phone, was very willing to try all he could to save her. Jump forward a couple days.. she is doing wonderful!! Thank you, Dr. Pallone and your staff for saving my baby!! I am forever grateful!! Cindy Wolverton and Sophee Grace?

Still wondering why they had to lie and tell me the doctor was on a emergency farm call while we waited in a room for over an hour. Dr. Pallione was in Utah on vacation. $530 for lies and never saw a doctor. He said it was telehealth and legal. And became outraged when I mentioned social media. Dr. Palllone do you really need money that bad? To keep your office open on Holidays with 3 girls under the age of 20. SMDH. I’m sure you are a good doctor per your reviews. But my dog will never know because she died. Do you want this $130 bottle of medicine back?

I cannot thank the staff enough for all their dedication and devotion to our animals. I had to take my 3 year old Rottweiler in recently for emergency X-rays and they were remarkable with her and even with my 5 year old daughter.

Doc drove far out of his way to help us and was quick, patient, and gentle. Yes he charges farm calls as all Vets do but you need that sometimes. Recommended to me and highly recommend it for what he did for us. He will be my new livestock Doc.

Excellent veterinarian clinic! The whole staff was super great. Had a Jenny that the baby was stuck in her. The baby had already passed away but they didn’t lose hope in momma. Vet before them was wanting me to put her down but I wanted a second opinion.. thankfully I got that. Took a while to get the baby out but they never gave up on her. We got a few tough days ahead of us but so thankful for dr. Mike and his staff.. they were great! They even called me today with a follow up call just to make sure she was doing ok.

My horse is currently under Dr. Pallone's care due to an incident with a barbed wire fence. Thankfully, Dr. Pallone was available to make a farm visit. He treated my retired horse with such compassion and care. He provided through explanations and education of the healing process and has been available for contact when I have had questions about her healing. Dr. Pallone has provided me and my horse with outstanding care and has exceeded my expectations with every encounter I have had with him. If you need a vet who truly cares about not only his animal patients but his human “patients†too this is the Vet you want to have in your contacts!

I highly recommend Dr. Mike. I love all of his staff, it feels more like a family, than going to a veterinary clinic. He's always there to answer any questions. I moved back to Indiana and I am still searching for somebody that compares. In five months I still haven't found anyone. I told them before I left I wish I could take them all with me . They're the best
