This location has the old rail you have to line up in. After telling me to go left, and I went left. No, right. So I went right. The guy got pissy and asked me twice if I'd been to one of these before in a blatantly patronizing manner. Then, there's still dirt on my vehicle afterward. It doesn't take off a single bug. And the cloths leave a waxy film. I'm going somewhere else.

This place has been the best car wash place I have ever been. Guy named Nick is very professional and very funny. We’re first bases. They are lucky to have him.

Went thru wash today and my car was very dirty and the guy running me thru prepped my vehicle and also helped with drying it off. My car looks great thank you for a service!!

The manager Nick was very nice and friendly. He pointed out an existing scratch on my car door and took the time to advise me on how to buff it out. Offered a good deal on a membership, however, I live out of state. Thanks Zip Car Wash!

Appreciate the cleanliness of the place vacuums were freshly cleaned had plenty of force amber made the whole experience even better great costumer service hastily cleaning she definitely added to the curb appeal of the place thanks again

Do not waste your money. I spent $24 on a wash only to have my car come out still dirty. There was still dirt all over the fenders and the back of my car looked untouched. I was unhappy and asked for a refund. The manager told me they don't do refunds but that I could have a free wash. Why would I want to waste my time going thru the wash again when it obviously doesn't work. I asked again for a refund and she said they don't do refunds and that she had to call her boss and that I could reach back out. I'm not holding my breath. This place is awful. When I tried to use the vacuum, the stall I pulled into didn't have a working vacuum. Ghetto.
For $20 I went to club car wash and got a far superior was plus the undercarriage cleaned, towels to clean the inside, and my car was SPOTLESS after going thru one time. Save your money and go to club car wash. This place is a rip off.

If I could have given it zero Stars I would have but it doesn't allow you to.... This is the worst place I've ever been for a car wash... The manager does not have any idea how to treat customers... You can clearly see soap on the car when you're finished and they just say well you can buy another wash... Completely pathetic service and completely pathetic customer service!!!

$12 car wash didn't even get my car clean. Also, vacuums are all in the sun and it was very hot trying to clean my car

I love how professional and friendly the staff is. Amber is great!!!! Her personable approach makes you feel like you’re part of the Zips team with the membership you get. Always there to be helpful and makes each and every time a great experience. Plus our car has never looked better or been cleaner. Would recommend Zips to anyone and the location on Walnut is where to find Amber. I feel she makes the whole experience better.
