Ive been in Rogers since 2011, since 2011 this gas station has reliably and without fail has had the most expensive gas in the area

Went to grab a baby bell cheese wheel and noticed they were dusty, checked the expiration and they were expired since April… brought it up to a cashier and they asked if all of them were and I said the ones I picked up were and replied jokingly “oh it’ll be fine!” But then followed it with “I’ll check them out”…. Be sure to check the expiration dates folks. Seems they get overlooked.

First time in. None of the items I saw had prices marked. There’s no way I’m spending money at a place without knowing what I’m paying before checkout. What a ridiculous way to do business lol.

Employees are all RUDE! Every item in the store is overpriced, which is obviously why they don't have prices anywhere. Other White Oak stations have closed for these reasons, but this one is in such a prime location it obviously does enough business to stay open. Management should be ashamed of the rude employees, but judging by the other reviews, it is allowed, so it continues.

I give this 4 stars because the store inventory is AMAZING. I love the candy! It’s CandyLand! The candy isn’t just American it’s from all over the world.It would have had a gleaming 5 Stars but for what I experienced:What I DID NOT LIKE was the fact the cashier didn’t give me my receipt after I paid or ask if I wanted my receipt after I paid. I had to ask for my receipt. Also, they didn’t tell me the total before I paid so my heart raced a bit till I got to my car and had to then retrieve my receipt to then find out the cost of everything.Also I didn’t know what ANYTHING cost so I was worried the whole time and didn’t buy as much as I would have because of that fact.??STORE . TAKE . NOTE. FOR BETTERBUSINESS. ? TELL THE PRICES AND GIVE A RECEIPT. Not doing so felt shady ?McShade.

Everyone that works here is rude. Time and time again throughout the years I’ve had negative experiences. Staff is too preoccupied restocking cigarettes to bother with you, and treat you like an inconvenience. Not even a simple “hello” in recognition of existence. Clearly these people hate their jobs. Maybe they should be paid more in hopes of making them happier humans. Several bad experiences with the overpriced food too. Gas is always more expensive than anywhere else, by the way. They also don’t display prices on ANYTHING in store. This review has been a long time coming. I’m done with this place.

These people shouldn’t be working with the public. They are so rude. If you have to go in and buy something they act like you’re interrupting their conversations. They don’t say thank you, have a good day, or anything at all. Happens every time.This morning the manager was behind the checkout with the rest of them, and maybe even worse than normal. Nice place but horrible service.

Earlier this week I purchased an electronic item from this store. I went to my car and realized it was a defective item. I walked back in (2 minutes after purchasing), the cashier became extremely hostile with me and the blonde manager lady was standing right next to her. She did not try to help me, instead raised her voice and began yelling at the manager and said “ he already left the store we ain’t returning that!” In front of customers, myself etc.Instead of the manager de-escalating the situation, stopping the clerk from berating me etc, she looked me dead in the eyes and said “ welp, sorry!.”Let me do some math for you ladies, I fill up my work vehicle & personal vehicle with gas and bought snacks / energy drinks every week. Roughly 150 dollars a week, $6,000 dollars a year. You lost my business for life over a $20 dollar item, and not because of the return policy, but the way I was treated. Never again. Customer service is dead in this country and this establishment is another glaring representation of that.
