They repair just iPhones. Super helpful and kind staff.My Android phone was damaged, and I visited here due to a recommendation.They redirected me to a different center “The Phone Fix”, who were super helpful.

Got my girlfriends back glass replaced on her iPhone 12 Pro on 09/30/23. We brought it in at 12 pm on 09/29/23 and were told it would take less than 6 hours to replace. It wasn't done until approximately 1 pm the next day. 2 days after replacement we noticed the back glass was already broken yet again, even though it had been kept in the case the whole time. We then tried to contact the store and got the voicemail even though their hours showed they were still open. In person we were told damage is not covered by their warranty and would have to pay yet again to get the back glass replaced. The manager on duty stated the same thing, I would not recommend coming to this store for your phone repair or any repair needs as it seems they use cheap knockoff replacements that will break in a matter of a few days and will not fix their own mistakes.

i made an appointment to get the back glass of my phone replaced and they said they could do it at 4. so i came in and they said well sorry we actually can't do it today, it won't be finished today, so after driving 45 minutes here, they lied. super rude. will never go back.

I took in my xbox sires x in on a Saturday. I got it back today it was still dusty and they scratched the front and a button too. if you know the xbox series x is a 700 plus dollar console. I would not recommend getting something like that cleaned from that place. they offered me 10 dollars back from what they charged. I complained too, they said that they would re clean it as well. but the person who cleaned mu console said that she needed to clean her mat so she admitted to doing so. I am very frustrated with it looking scratched and doing a half fast job. they told me to look up corporates number online with out caring for the customer. so I would not recommend this to anyone! the date is 4/11/2023

Brought my iPhone 12 in here to get my screen replaced. After they replaced it I took it home to start using again and immediately realized it was 5x slower than normal. Turns out they don't use OEM Apple products even though they charge 250$ for a replacement... Don't go here unless you want your phone to be basically unusable. Already ordered a replacement after a week of getting my screen replaced. My phone is now non responsive because of this. They definitely won't give me my money back either so I'm not even going to bother going in to talk to these people about it. Horrible place to go, just do it yourself if you want to actually be able to USE your own phone.

My iPad Pro 1st Gen needed a new battery. First of all I got quotes from several places and these guys were among the fairest prices. Not only that but most places told me \\\"if we break the screen in the process it's going to be $xx.xx extra on your bill\\\" whereas Chris told me \\\"if we break the screen we'll replace it on us.\\\" That right there sold me. I took my iPad in and had a new battery within 24 hours (excluding time of them shipping the battery in). I loved the service they were very professional and friendly. Thank you very much!

Broke the back screen of my Galaxy S10. Can't tell the difference between the replacement and original. More importantly, half the price of any other quotes in the area.

My phone was cracked on the back and on the front with glass chipping off of it. Replacing it at my carrier's store was the option that I considered first, but the amount I would get for turning in the two year old model was negligible compared to the amount that the newest model of my phone plus a data storage subscription plus a new case (gotta have these) ... etc. I had to repair my phone, replacing was going to cost too much. Cell Phone Repair, Rogers, AR. Repaired my busted case & busted screen cellphone. The glass that protects the camera's lens was returned to me spotless. The people working at CPR helped me select a case that works with my style. It added up to a lot of work, and they did a professional job. My phone is almost mint now.

We drove a special trip from Oklahoma to Rogers' CPR Cell Phone Repair last week, for the sole purpose of getting a replacement battery for my wife's iPhone 7+. I had contacted them several days previously to learn they could replace it for $75 + tax. On the way over we found ourselves in much heavier traffic than anticipated, so my wife called ahead (about 4:30 PM) to confirm availability and time for repair. Our Garmin suggested we would arrive about 4:50 PM, though stop'n'go traffic on I-49 suggested otherwise. The lady she spoke with was pleasant and very helpful, advised they had one battery for that model left in stock, said they were open 'til 6:00 PM and the repair being a simple process while we wait. We arrived at 5:10 PM, explained our need to the gentleman at the counter, who very rudely advised they could not repair it that day and would have to leave it overnight for repair the following morning. We explained the advance calls and information provided, only to be even more rudely dismissed with no service, unable to make a return trip the following day. The man then suggested we might visit any of their competitors nearby for service!

I do not recommend this business. Would not give me a refund for inconvenience on a battery and a charging port that they screwed up on for a complete month and I had to buy a new phone and they failed to tell me that they put an aftermarket battery in my iPhone and then The manager had the nerve to tell me that he would not give me a any refund and there was nothing that he could do for me so I Will never use this company ever again and I recommend that no one else does either
