I like coming to this Walmart just because it's a superstore that has everything you could think of. I've noticed that this store has more to offer than the other superstore around. It's always well stocked and always nice and clean. They have a great selection of meats and a really nice deli. I usally look at there seasonings at each store and this one carries a great selection of dry rubs.

I wanted to buy a nintendo game and when i asked the associate luci if she could help me she looked at me with the blankest stare, said “no i don’t have a key” and walked away. i was genuinely gagged and appalled.

While this location is well stocked and friendly the electronics department is terrible. They constantly are left unmanned. Then when they finally appear they seem annoyed, as if it's such an inconvenience to be expected to stay in their department and assist the customers they're paid to assist.

I moved here 6 months ago. Today was the first time someone said hi and greeted me instead of treating me like I was stealing. I would never give Walmart the satisfaction of stealing. Thank you, Evan. For treating me like a person. Customer service at Walmart is almost nonexistent anymore.

Self checkout registers don't work well at all, and the staff manning the self checkout registers were rude (2 young men and one woman). The store had most of what we were looking for, but we found random stuff stuck in weird places (like thawed out frozen beef in the cereal aisle) and the people doing the curbside pickup/online order collecting were aggressive with the cart and rude about people's being in the way of the cart.

I don’t know why I have continued to come back to this store. Today will be my last.First, it’s very sad to see how many of their workers are too busy on their cell phones to help or answer a question. Managers are right beside them doing the same, so I guess it is accepted. They are also too busy standing around talking to help at the self-checkout. I counted a group of 6 associates standing in a group talking, while customers were waiting for help and then act frustrated when a customer interrupted them for help. The last straw for me was today when I did go to checkout with an associate. As usual, he was on his phone, so I must have interrupted him. Through the entire transaction, he did not speak one word to me! I did not get a hello, how are you, thank you or even a total for my transaction. I find it hard to believe that this is the expectation for Walmart, but if you stand there long enough and watch, it seems to be a common practice, so I guess this is the expectation Walmart has set for their employees.

Do not deal with the old lady at customer service. She should not be working in a customer interaction position. Especially when she is treating everyone like absolute garbage. Called a customer(who happens to be a Walmart home office employee) derogatory terms, then we were told to leave because the associate refused to abide by company policy. Called and asked to speak to a salaried member of management and got an attitude about that then she hung up on me. I wouldn’t let my dead dog deal with her. And shame on this store for hiring this old bat.

Rogers, AR: this selection and customer service is completely NOT what I get in my home state. Will come back.

Overall great store with good quality produce. I did a curbside grocery pickup today and my fruit wasn’t ripe. ISABELLA went back inside and dug through the fruit to find me ripe avocados and mangos. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to create a great experience for the customer. Thank you!!

Auto Center always 4 HR wait, staff stand around chatting and phone never answered. 3 weeks later still on donut, so just paid 20 somewhere else to have patched. Will NEVER buy bad Walmart tires again and Lifetime Service Warranty a SHAM.

I go only when I have no other choice on products, it is such an ordeal. I miss the old design at the registers. They keep trying new things and I give them props for that but the one they have now, is bad. Not sure what the idea was behind it but you are literally forced to walk to one extreme end or the other to get through. There are no "cut throughs" if you need to get to the restroom or anything else up front like customer service. I had to lay all my items down yesterday to make a bee line to the bathroom with my toddler, and it wasn't possible. They have a full length "aisle barrier" that forces you to either end and we almost didn't make it. Because of this, we didn't even go back around to get our merchandise we had to leave behind. Too daunting if you have little ones in tow or are tired. LONG walk with zero access points through the center. Maybe this is to discourage theft, but they have plenty of "eyes" standing around watching you from the registers to the doors, I can't imagine theft is even possible. Would be great to be able to access the salon, customer service and more importantly the restrooms without walking the full length of the store front to do so. I do not shop here when I'm tired or have the kids with me, it's just too much sometimes. We opt for smaller, easier stores that don't make it quite the struggle.

This is a really nice location. Very open and well stocked. I prefer driving out here than going to the ones in Fayetteville and Springdale. They also have a sushi restaurant (which I have not tried yet) and are located right off the interstate. Walmart pickup here was fast and convenient too.

I understand that the clerks have to fill in places where they don't usually work but when they do I expect as a customer to have them do the best they can. We were in the store Saturday when there were two checkout lines open. I don't do self checkout unless absolutely necessary. The lady on the one did not have here light on and people did not know if she was going to break or what was going on. My husband asked her if she was open and she said yes. My husband said well your light wasn't on. She informed him she did not usually work there she worked in self checkout area. Why we needed to know that is beyond me but she never turned on her light therefore people did not know if she was really open or not. Very rude.

I go to this Walmart probably 2 times a week and it's always very clean and always busy but even with it being busy there are always employees in the isles and are always willing to help you find what you need. The Walmart app helps a lot finding little things and everything is always very organized besides the thing customers take and put in a different isle. The greeter there is tremendous he always has a smile on his face and he always puts a smile on yours by singing welcome to Walmart or saying some funny jokes.
