I made an appointment for the Covid booster for this location. When I arrived for my confirmed 1:00 PM appointment I was told they didn't have any vaccine yet. No one called or set a text or emailed informing me of this. They seemed very unconcerned above wasting my time. Very unprofessional. Went to the Dallas GA CVS and got the booster Thursday of last week. They were fast efficient and friendly. A much better experience all around.

Time after Time, the service is the best I have seen I moved from CVS to this pharmacy and found out. I found a good home to get my prescriptions. Big shout out to Jeffrey one of the pharmacist but they’re all terrific Jeffrey, especially thank you all do you feel and give me comfort

Was just in this store. The prices arent clearly marked. I read the tab 5 times. Got rang up more than the posted price. I asked how much the items were. The lady behind the counter said the price. I told her they are marked differently. She responded only if your a rewards member. I responded they need to mark it better. She was rude saying they were clearly marked. I was getting the money out of my wallet and it dropped on the counter so I could put my wallet up and pick it up. I have pain in my shoulder from recent surgery so I dont do too much with it. The lady behind the counter waiting on me said "oh no". Turned and walked away telling another lady she was taking lunch and walked away. Leaving me standing at the counter. I heard what she called me when she walked away. Will NEVER go back to a walgreens again. Here or my home state.

My boyfriend needed to get a prescription refilled (been getting it refilled here for a year) and the pharmacist now badgers him every time he picks it up. Questions on why his doctor is out of state, why he needs it filled, if he’s getting lab work done, and that he didn’t give the approval for his assistants to fill. Nobody deserves to be humiliated about their prescription written by a doctor. We wont be coming back, go to Walmart, they’ll treat you with respect. The young woman (assistant) with brown hair was awesome, kind and understanding.

Customer service! These guys are not always well-staffed, but the few that are there more than compensate for those that are missing. In 2 of the last 3 times I've been here, I have had an issue of some kind arise whether it be Walgreens plus or closing time, they have gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you

Cancelling an international trip because my passport photo from this Wallgreens got rejected by the Department of State. Supposed to be leaving in a week with no sign of my passport.This probably wont mean much to management but my family gets about $200 worth of Rx filled there a month, will obviously take that business somewhere else now.

Very poor management and customer service. Needed to ship a package and the manager essentially said he couldn’t help me because he couldn’t print fedex labels. Instead of guiding me through a solution, he unpacked my package and handed it back. After waiting 5-10 mins for support, and then being told he couldn’t help, I won’t return.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy. Over an hour in drive through line to pick up 1 prescription after a 4-hour wait the previous day in which they filled the wrong prescription. AVOID!!!!

Consistently the SLOWESt pharmacy I have ever been to. Each car in the drive thru takes a bare minimum of 15 minutes. Staff is also not the friendliest.

I have been going to this Walgreens for years. What has happened with the pharmacy customer service the past few months? I now have to call repeatedly for a day or two to push to get my prescription in a timely manner… What happened to the friendly and relatively fast (for sure the same day) service that was once a reason to go to Walgreens over others?

I waited in line at the pharmacy drive through for 26 minutes only to be told to come back in half an hour. Returned an hour later and still sat in the drive through for 36 more minutes. If I could rate 0, I would.
