Talked to some guy in the pharmacy and I asked if they had my prescription in stock. He rudely told me “I’ve had at least 20 people ask me for this today” and then hung up on me. It’s absolutely ridiculous how rude Walgreen’s pharmacists and assistants are at almost every store I go to, but this one in Rogers was surprising, I don’t know how they get away with it.

I made an appointment for the Covid booster for this location. When I arrived for my confirmed 1:00 PM appointment I was told they didn't have any vaccine yet. No one called or set a text or emailed informing me of this. They seemed very unconcerned above wasting my time. Very unprofessional. Went to the Dallas GA CVS and got the booster Thursday of last week. They were fast efficient and friendly. A much better experience all around.

They don't refill my prescriptions that are set to be auto-refilled or let me know that they are due; they have "ran out" of my prescriptions and told me they'd contact me when they get them in (a week later and I still haven't been contacted. I don't have any pills left); tell me I don't have any prescriptions ready when I received a text telling me I did, and after waiting in the drive-through line for 30 minutes I went inside and they said it was ready; and the app is a complete joke.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Car in front of me pulled out and I pulled up. Not a hello, goodbye, but they did throw a sing up and pulled the shade down. I get it. Everyone needs a lunch break, but my lunch break was spent sitting in line at Walgreens and then having a shade slammed in my face. If you are looking for a miserable in person customer service experience you don’t have to go to the airport, just go to Walgreens.

Stood in drive thru line for 30 mins at 6pm. To only get to the window and be told to get back in line that my prescription would be ready in 10-15 mins. The doctor sent the prescription over before 9am! How is it not ready to just be picked up.

Getting Sicker Waiting for Prescriptions - Doctor called in prescription yesterday morning, still waiting for them to be filled 24 hours later. Called and they say they have a three day backlog, but will work on filling my prescription today, maybe in a couple hours. Doesn't seem like they are focused on Walgreens core service.

I was in the drive thru 30 minutes prior to closing and when I got to the window, Lynette pulled down the shade and said it was closed. It was raining and I had my baby in the car, and simply asked if she could please get me an OTC for my daughters pain. And she reluctantly refused to help.

Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever used. They’re constantly not filling recurring prescriptions. Saying the will be filled at a specific time, I come hours later and they still aren’t filled. A joke of a pharmacy. There’s no excuse. I’ll be switching when I need a refill.

Was In the pharmacy drive thru for 15 minutes prior to them closing and once it was our turn to be served they closed the window and wouldn't serve us knowing that we were behind the car infront of us.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy. Over an hour in drive through line to pick up 1 prescription after a 4-hour wait the previous day in which they filled the wrong prescription. AVOID!!!!

The only issue I have with this pharmacy is that it closes constantly. They change the hours without posting it online or notifying anyone. I've driven to this pharmacy at least 5 times when they should be open, and they have a little note saying they had to close. It is ridiculous and the long lines are a major pain. It just isn't being managed right in the pharmacy.
