Amazing experience, signing up for wireless service and getting the SIM cards. I called Verizon and the service setup was completed within 20mins over the phone. Then the rep told me to stop by the store to pickup the SIM cards. The minute I entered the store I was greeted by the manager. They knew exactly who I was and proceeded with giving me a beautiful bag with pre-printed details of the service and the SIM cards. I was in and out of the store in 5mins. Wow!

Seriously the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are horrible! The staff are highly incompetent and clueless how to actually assist! I have gone back four times and every time it gets worse. It doesn’t matter the staff member the manager they all are so bad.

We have typically avoided this store because of past customer service experience. Today was a new day !! Knocked it out of the park. It’s like a totally different vibe. Would definitely recommend and right next to the Bunt Cake store.

Went in to get a phone unlocked. The kid didn't know his own police or be bothered to call his own tech support. Gave us the same number and told us keep trying till we can talk to someone. Wow if I wanted that I would have asked my toddler nephew. If you can't help people with than why be open.

I ordered a phone from this store a week ago and still haven't gotten my order. Verizon requires a signature for my delivery, and because I work I wasn't able to pick it up when they attempted to deliver it. When I tried to get this changed UPS told me I had to go through Verizon and they told me they were unable to do it since UPS had it. I spent over $300 and have been totally shut down by Verizon. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU.

my boyfriend and I came to this Verizon 6/14/24 to replace & upgrade his broken phone . Josh and Lyndsey went over and beyond with helping us throughout the whole ordeal cause the Verizon reps over the phone was giving them and us a hard time over something we had no control over cause accidents do happen but those 2 never gave up and got us up and activated again all while helping other customers as well (cause we was there a few hours thanks to the phone reps) & we truly appreciate that! Thank you Josh & Lyndsey! you guys are amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The female manager here is wonderful. Waited a while to post this review since I was helped at Christmas time. I traded in an old watch, switched from T-Mobile and brought over 4 lines, I had a super complex situation and she nailed it. Like down to the penny. This place actively works hard to make the customer happy and that’s what I witnessed. Reading these 1 star reviews, it sounds like a bunch of impatient bums trying to get freebies and acting like internet babies when they don’t get what they want. Great job Verizon, I will continue my business with this location and am thankful for such wonderful staff.

Didn’t catch the kids name, just his attitude. Came in the store this evening and explained our situation and that we were looking to get an iPhone 15. He quickly told us to call the transfer department, when the transfer department told us to come in store. I told him that information and he told me there was nothing he could do. Quickest way to lose a customer, cause I bet AT&T will love to have a 1200 dollar phone on contract.

Horrible customer service. Unwilling to fix mistakes. Charge you unnecessary fees. This place doesn't care about the customers.
