After a grueling 20-hour drive from Florida to visit family in Arkansas, I realized I had left my pillow at the hotel. Despite the pillow being a relatively minor item, Lacie went above and beyond to ensure we retrieved it. Her genuine patience and effort were remarkable, and I can only imagine how she must handle more significant issues with the same level of care and professionalism.
