Not very confident in the work done by the employee working under the hood. I watched as this person struggled while working on the car next to me, and once again, as they worked on my car. I gave 3 stars because of the employee that was working on the bottom side of the cars. In both instances above, this employee came upstairs with confidence and competency. They handled and fixed both situations.

I pulled my mother's car in for an oil change and was greeted by Jesse (Assistant Manager) and told him I had just brought it from another shop that did the spark plugs. I told him that they said it needed an oil change, wipers and a battery but knew that Valvoline would be a better deal on the oil change. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Jesse was super helpful and ended up giving me a deal on the wipers and oil change. They also tested the battery and turns out I did not need one like the other place recommended! So not only did I save on the oil change and wipers but I saved $200 by not buying a replacement battery!

The folks at the West Pleasant Grove Rd are super. The place is run well. Everybody works together and they keep you informed of what they are doing. Great Place! Great Folks! Thank you for what you do for us out here.

I’ve been taking my car for an oil change since I bought it. This past visit and the previous one someone who pulled up after I did was finished before me. This last visit I went on a Saturday and Sunday I was driving to Tulsa to watch my son play and missed his game because once I got in the hwy I heard a scrapping noise. Come to find out they didn’t secure the bottom plate correctly. I had to get a tow truck to take me back to Valvoline where they told me they didn’t communicate that it was missing screws. The tow guy said it had been the 2nd time that week he had to pick up a car for that same reason and it had been done at Valvoline. I asked for a free air filter to compensate all the hassle and they said the manager said he couldn’t that I’d need to call customer service. On Sunday Marcos did a wonderful job getting me fixed up.
