I attempted to pick up keys and the woman rudely talked down to me during the entire experience. After I filled a form out, she ripped it in front of me and told me I could not pick them up.

Your mail carrier keeps checking my mail. Names and all maybe hire better people. And by that I mean there tearing it to check.

Very friendly staff who have always done all they can to help me when I need it. Sure sometimes a package has been delayed but after talking with someone they've always been able to either find my item or refund me. They've even given me tips on how to get things sent easier.

I wish no stars was an option. Absolutely horrible customer service. Site lost my package, then told me it was my issue for not coming to office within 15 days to find it in person, this after I had opened case and requested re-delivery on package with USPS.

I am very disappointed in our US postal service you can not contact anyone no matter how badly you wanted to the only way you will get to talk to anyone is going in person but of course they open after you go to work and close before so if you work normal hours there’s LITERALLY NO WAY FOR YOU TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. All I wanted to know was if I could come pick up my package because they said they could not deliver it after they already started to send it to the wrong address once in a complete different side of the state. I am just very frustrated there is no clear communication or even an effort at clear communication or the effort to make sure customers are able to reach someone to talk too in the “Customer Suppor” area.

Had an issue not receiving my mail. Went through the THREE DAY long process of awaiting a call back. Finally get a call from a very condescending post office worker saying it's my fault for not checking mail often enough. I apologize. He says I'll be receiving my mail again now. Month passes, still no mail. Now I have to make another 3 day long request just for a chance at getting my mail. Currently awaiting important documents in the mail, so their incompetence has greatly impacted my life in a negative way. If you're planning on moving to this area, DONT. Mail service is completely unusable. Makes you wonder where are the taxes go in this area.

Rolled up and was pleasantly surprised that I hadn’t missed the afternoon pickup at the drop box outside. Easy to get in, out, and back on the road. LPT: exit to the north and go to the light if you are headed south again. Left turns are horrible out of here.

My package was bouncing around for awhile so I looked into it and realized I put the wrong address. It was set to be delivered to the wrong house today and instead of just being able to call the Rogers post office and fix the problem, I had to use an automated voice call and all they would say is "Congratulations your package will be delivered today!"That's exactly what I want to hear right now as I know someone else is opening the father's day gifts I ordered weeks ago for my husband and step dad. So thank you for being absolutely no help. But at least your did your basic jobs of delivering the package.

I would rather pull my mother's life support than deal with the passport lady again. My god what an aweful woman.

We had an appt to get our passports done. We asked her a question because my mom doesn’t know anything about her bio dad except his name. She said she had to have all his information no exceptions and said that the instructions stated (which they do not) she had to have all name change paperwork regardless, didn’t look at paperwork, and didn’t offer any assistance as to maybe how we get it. We left defeated honestly. Never provided help or anything. I suggested they may need to put in the instruction s to say that. Crickets. I went to Bentonville USPS and talked to Kathryn and she was so much help and we get to get our passports done. She looked over everything we had and matched things up. She told me I was right. There isn’t anything on the instructions saying this bc it’s not necessary as there are other ways to provide a paper trail of your name changes. Do better Rogers. Smile maybe and offer assistance:)

I lost my passport and reported it lost online. I had a confirmation letter from the State Department about it, but the worker wouldn't listen and demanded I full out the form again. By the time she told me she couldn't accept a copy of my birth certificate, I was already so frustrated with her that I left. Now I have to try to get off work again to take care of it. I'll go anywhere else.

The lady doing the passports was extremely rude and unaccommodating. My son just had knee surgery and would not give him any way to sit down, which she had a stool she was not sitting on. She also was not helpful in the process. I would not recommend coming to this location

The short haired woman is rude and makes you feel small and insignificant. If you are going to constantly raise the price of postage, you could be at least nice. What is this? Gringotts?
