As always, FANTASTIC customer service and friendly faces!! I used the self check kiosk and of course, had some issues. Both team members reached out to help me AND it was close to closing on Wednesday 21st. They were patient, helpful and professional. They deserve 10 stars!!

New person that does notarized makes things more complicated than they are. Never had issues with the previous person. Went to ups in Bentonville this same day same paper in and out 4min.

This used to be a wonderful store. Today, two people working, one taking care of customers, and the other one doing her busy work. I understand that busy work needs to be done, but at least acknowledge your customers standing in line! Three customers standing in line, and she never even acknowledged we existed, very poor service!

The staff at the UPS Dixieland - Rogers location is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgable, especially the owner. My husband brought in an odd-sized package. They measured the package and explained how they were going to charge him so there were no surprises. They were very professional. Thank you!

I have only ever been treated with kindness, patience, and expedient service by all employees when I visit this store. I usually have Amazon returns when I visit and the make the process so easy and hassle free. I visit this store for any packaging or delivery services I need because I know they will take worry-free care of what I need.

This UPS store was so amazing to help me with a confusing Amazon return. 2 CSR were very patient and helpful. They made sure that I was getting my full refund before taking my items. I am so grateful because they were extremely busy, but still made sure all my questions were fully answered and that I understood exactly how my return was being handled. Thank you so much.

When I come to this store I enjoy my experience Angie is the manager she is always pleasant and so is everyone working there. They are always helping me to find easier ways to ship out my packages. The owner has been there a couple of times while I was there she is very nice all around I will be coming to this store for all of my future packages.

Same owner as Fayetteville. Zero concern for customers. Who ignores countless horrible reviews regarding 2 of her employees?? Owner allows elder abuse by her great hand selected staff, at both locations. I think it’s important the community supports our local businesses. NOT this one!! Call Better Business Bureau on this one

Thursday 5:50 pm. Cutoff for air is 5:45. Drove 26 mins in rain and traffic. Walked in door at 5:44. When Angie got to me it was 546. Truck had just pulled up. I spent $116 and change only to be told by Angie, with a smirk, "You're too late...won't get there till Saturday." What a gal Angie....great customer service and Christmas cheer. She is a person that takes delight in telling you "NOOOOOOO!" My advice: get a job where you do not have to deal with the public.

Everytime time i go and see the african american man i know im gona get the worst service. He never seems to be in a good mood and is always rude to customers. Instead of helping people he be littles them.
