Absolutely ridiculous store staff. They couldn't print my business cards centered and tried to tell me that they had to fix the design, even though it was a template from their site. The woman in the print shop did nothing but argue and deny that it was off center, refusing to take a ruler to it.When I asked them to refund my money, she just walked away. Terrible. Avoid.

I love the printing service here.Staples is now only open 8-8 weekdays.After checking yelp, I drove all the way here to pick up invitations because it showed open until 9, they are closed. Closed at 8. So frustrating.

Yesterday we stopped by Staples looking for a screen protector for my husband's new IPad! Sara was very helpful and jumped right in when we asked her to help us install it. Great friendly service!

I recently purchased a Union & Scale™ FlexFit Dexley Mesh Task Chair, Black (UN56946) online thru this Staples store. Staples didn't have it in stock so I ordered it online from them and had it shipped to the store to save on shipping. I got an email & text notification that it had shipped. Then again a couple of days later, saying it was out for delivery. Nothing after that. So I called the store the next day to see where it was and they said it had arrived. So I went to the store to pick it up. They couldn't find it. So I left witht he promise that the manager would call me as soon as they figured it out. 2 days later I called and was told that it had arrived but was put on the showroom floor and sold. So they ordered me another one. The same thing happened again. It arrived and they sold it. I called Staples (customer service). They called the store and I was assured that a replacement was ordered. A week later I called the store again to follow up and the manager told me the chair had arrived but she didn't have my phone number or email to be able to reach me to tell me that it was there? Really? An online order through an account and you don't have any way to contact me? So she asked if she could have the chair assembled for me as an apology. I said yes that would be appreciated. She told me to give them an hour and it would be ready. I arrived and she slid the chair over to me to leave with. I grabbed the headrest to start pushing it and it fell off. They hadn't even put the bolts in the headrest. So when I got home I went back through every bolt and tightened them all. There were several that needed it. Not the chairs fault but it still plays into the over perception of my purchase.

I'd give a zero... I'm sure things could be better, but the lady working today, was of no help. All they can do is point. I don't know which type of shipping container I need, because I don't ship things!? I picked out a container, only to be told it wasn't acceptable and was pointed back(across store, another logistics problem) to the supplies. Customer service?? I don't believe so and took my business elsewhere. I must mention, there wasn't any other customers in the store and some guy in a grey shirt, with a headset, that didn't offer any "help" either.

Had to drop off a return and was struggling to carry the large heavy box and a gentleman walked outside the store and took it from me and carried it the rest of the way. ? What a kind and generous human. ? Thanks Mr. UPS Dude.

I've been to the Rogers location several times in the last few months to have documents copied, and have had fast, professional service every time. The gentleman who now works the printing area is knowledgeable and efficient.
