If you will take a moment and read through the reviews, you will see multiple reviews describing in detail an African-American manager, who is degrading to others, rude and abusive to elderly people. The same AA man manages her other store and you can look at those reviews as well. You’ll see they’re very similar and include the female manager who is also rude & degrading. It’s one thing to be rude, but this is beyond rude. It’s degrading & abusive. You’ll see replies to the reviews… Saying that it was unacceptable and owner will address…blah blah! it’s never addressed & is perfectly fine with the owner. she reads the she knows… I tried to talk to her about the way I was treated in front of customers while training, but she refused to even speak, or face anything. As shocking as it is, she just doesn’t seem to be customer service oriented in the least bit more. I believe I was fired because I wasn’t gouging customers like they wanted me to.READ REVIEWS….. it’s not coincidental. I had a interview which the employer who didn’t even show up, I had to call and get it arranged, and then she hired me on the spot. A week later I was fired for not complying with the abusive managers demands.I applaud those who didn’t stand by and ignore others being treated horribly, especially elderly people.If you have witnessed this, please go to the owner directly and ask her if she’s going to continue ignoring. You may also contact local DHS, as well as your local news stations. Don’t let this woman get away with treating the most vulnerable people in the way she allowed, and has continued to allow without concern.
